Among the more unique designs from Nike Training’s recent revival, the Nike Women’s Air Max Trainer 1s pictured above make you wonder why these are a ladies-only shoe. On one hand, the design is up there with any of the other updated Trainers, and some of the other Air Attack Pack releases have been suitable for either gender, but the other hand reminds you that these white/purple and black/pink looks are best left to the lovelies. With the black pair especially, there’s a hologram pattern on the forefoot strap and descending mudguard that’s probably a bit too whimsical for most guys, so while the silhouette itself is hot, these are fittingly labeled ‘WMNS’. Grab a pair for yourself or your special someone today from NikeStore.

Since Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat were ousted from the Playoffs, the Air Jordan 2010 hasn’t made much noise; the last release was the WELCOME HOM3 edition from earlier this month and on deck is the Black/Charcoal/Varsity Red colorway set for a June release. Matching the clear mud and heelguards is a translucent sole that reveals a red cushion unit with no other hints of varsity red being evident. If you haven’t picked up a pair of the Air Jordan XXV aka the 2010, grab this pair from steptorun on eBay.

We got a glimpse at the new Nike 6.0 Melee lowtop yesterday, and while that pair’s photorealistic camouflage is quite impressive, we know plenty of folks out there will still want something relatively simple to keep with today’s trends. The Melee is somewhat similar to a Dunk Low with autoclaved sole, but key additions on the side panel and heel make distinguish these as brand new. Those are places you might see splashes of color in the future, but these four new pairs are all monochromatic uppers with a contrasting Swoosh. Choose from black/white, burgundy/black, blue/yellow, grey/red, or just cop all four when they hit Nike Six retailers in Fall 2010.

While the Retros may appeal to the older crowd, Jordan Brand’s hybrid experiments and newer designs do quite well with the youths, and this new colorway of the Air Jordan Flight 9 in perfect pink is obviously pointed right at the young girls. The last Flight 9 GS colorway we showed you also featured a “girly” Violet Pop colorway and perfect pink mixed with white and stealth grey accomplishes does the same to appeal to the younger crowd. Check out the images of this new colorway after the jump and pick up a pair from steptorun on eBay.
