School hasn’t even let out yet in most areas, but the Fall 2010 fashion season is right around the corner. The quarter of a year from July to September is always a hot period with back to school shopping a high priority, and Jordan Brand will certainly earn high marks for their fall footwear collection.
The Air Jordan 1-as-Dunk continues with six new colorways that range from Grape to a classic white/grey/red to the eccentric colorup we showed you along with some Nike Sportswear previews for the same season. Next up is the Air Jordan 1 Alpha Outdoor in three new colorways, including a laser blue edition that might be the gem of this whole collection.
There are still two Air Jordan IX Retros on the way, with the OG Home joints dropping as will the black Citrus pair. That’s it for the legacy models and their direct offspring, but the Air Jordan Force Fusion series is back with two different models that might make you rethink your stance on the AJF series. The Air Jordan Force Vs (AJF 5) appears in an interesting Aqua-meets-Chicago look, while the Obsidian AJF12 makes its case as the single best AJF release ever.
As if that weren’t enough, expect new Jeter Throwbacks, Accolades, Jordan Airs, Alpha Trunners, CP3.IIIs, Flight 9, Jordan V.2 Grown, One6One7, Phly Legend, Pre-Game XT, SC-1, SS, Street Classic, Winterized Spiz’ike, Alpha Float and Hydro VI sandals, and the long awaited return of Vin Baker’s Jordan Pro Strong (whew!). It sounds like a huge collection, and it is, so check out the entire spread in photos after the jump. via Complex

Some time ago Sneaker News reported a special pair of the Nike Tennis Classic inspired by the classic Neon Air Max 95 and the women’s white/purple/aqua colorway. It featured a full 3M upper with an upper construction that borrowed design elements from the 95, like the mesh overlay and special lacehoops. Sneaker News found this new black/red/grey colorway of the Air Max 95-inspired Tennis Classic; it’s just a fun twist on an age-old shoe, so if this pair is a definite must-have for your collection, pick up a pair from JBseller on Bay.

The Nike Air Max 2009 was easily one of the biggest releases for Nike last year; the sales numbers continue to do well and while other Nikes hit the Factory Outlets at slashed prices, the AM2009 has continued to experience a strong-enough showing to be left on the retail shelves. With the success of the ’09, the recently released Nike Air Max 2010 was highly anticipated but this unreleased and scrapped sample of the Nike Air Max 2010 has us wondering which design is better.
A comparison will prove that the production release and this sample shown here are quite different; the heel-cup remains but the entire front-middle end of the design are almost day and night. The scrapped sample features a mudguard that circumvents the entire shoe and Flywire along each lace-hole, while the the released version opts for a mesh-like toe and a concentrated Flywire Panel. Check out this unreleased scrapped sample of the Nike Air Max 2010 and let us know which design you prefer.

Each month, Nike SB releases a range of clothing and gear to compliment the month’s footwear releases and June presents a bunch of tees to signal that you’ll soon have a whole season to skate in the sun. The designs range from your classic Nike SB insignia to a fully spelled out look that’s half-calligraphy/half-neon lighting. If you like people on your t-shirts, you’ve got a choice of Lance Mountain in a whimsical poncho getup, or go with an actual cartoon in the form of two smiley-faced SB riders. If you happen to have any cash left over, cop the black velcro wallet that’s also available for June, and be sure to check out the whole collection after the jump.

Love the honeycomb cushions on the Nike Air Max Tailwind 2010, but need the lightweight support of Flywire-equipped side panels like the Air Max+ 2010? No problem, thanks to the upcoming Nike Air Max Tailwind+ 3 pictured above. A slight revision to the first Tailwinds we saw this year, these joints add Flywire strands through the midfoot and replace the Tailwind 2010′s heel counter with a new embossed and texturized cup. The neon pair pictured above is sure to be a big hit, and there are four other brand new colorways waiting for you to click the jump below. via NT

That Aaron Brooks was this year’s NBA Most Improved Player should give you some indication of how surprised we were to see his Nike Basketball PEs so warmly received. The Nike Hyperdunk Low Aaron Brooks PEs hit retail in the white/red colorway earlier this month, but here are two new HD Lows with his ‘AB0′ insignia. Both show off the HD Low in its simplest glory, adding a red-outlined Swoosh to the side panel of an otherwise monochromatic design. The above pictured bred joints are quite impressive, but just wait ’til you see the all-white pair after the jump!

Slamxhype founder Adam Bryce recently created a Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke, and while it might seem a tad simple for an $820 pricetag, the beauty is in this pair’s subtlety. It’s all about the little details on Bryce’s Bespokes, like the tonal leather Swoosh underlay that you can barely see, or how he chose to eschew the traditional heel tab in favor of a simple Swoosh that gives that clean ‘lifestyle’ look. These little moments of genius coupled with monochromatic soles and uppers and you’ve got one of the cleanest AF1s we’ve ever seen, Bespoke or otherwise. Click the jump below for more images and head over to Nike Sportswear in NYC to make your own.

Complex.com provides plenty of sneaker forum fodder with their Top 50 lists, but this one might be their most ambitious undertaking. For those of us who have worn and collected these kicks over the past couple decades, it’s nearly impossible to whittle down the Top 50 Basketball Sneakers of All Time, but that’s exactly what Ecko’s crew has done. A look through the compilation reveals an even mix of old school foundations, golden era retros and even modern classics like the Nike Hyperdunk. Check out a selection from the list after the jump and head over to Complex to see the full list.

Although some of the colorways of the Air Attack Pack are conducive of women’s releases, we haven’t seen Nike make any of them specifically in their sizes; until now. We gave a preview of the Air Attack Max Trainer 1′s a month ago and have laid low since. But behold, some of them are already available for purchase. The Black/Lyon Blue pair looks familiar as it is part of the preview from our last post. However the Metallic Silver/Cyber is new to us and it’s looking just as good as the other pairs. Though the Black/Lyon is the only one readily available on NikeStore, we anticipate the other colorways to pop up soon.

It started with players like Steve Francis and Shane Battier, then Jason Kidd, Ron Artest, Baron Davis and more. Now we have a full-fledged trend on our hands where NBA players are increasingly willing to sign with foreign-based footwear brands. The latest example is Boston Celtics PF/C Kevin Garnett, who, despite signing a ‘lifetime endorsement deal’ with adidas in 2003, has contracted with Chinese brand ANTA. This is a particularly interesting development as ANTA was established in 1994, just one year before Garnett’s rookie campaign. With Li-Ning, Peak and now ANTA all throwing their hats in the ring, it’s very possible Nike will have more than just adidas and Reebok to contend with over this next decade. Via CK.

When it comes to Nike Air Max 95s with the OG grey-dient and green accents, you’re probably thinking ‘Neon’ first and ‘Mint’ second. Well this new AM95 is neither of those, but we wouldn’t slap you on the wrist for mistaking its lime green hits for either of the above shades. The result is somewhat ‘cooler’ than Neon without the wintry bite of Mint. In other words, it’s a perfect shade for all the extra time you spend during summer, just chillin’. Available with a ship date of June 20th, you can pre-order the Lime Nike Air Max 95 today from EndClothing.

Some more Air Attack sets that we’ve previously shown finally hits retail. The Trainer SC 2010 has become a staple model in 2010, and one its most anticipated releases include those included in the Air Attack Pack. The Black, Cyber Yellow, Lyon Blue and Metallic Silver uppers all come together with hits of colors found as tonals for the other pairs in the pack. Comfy and slick, all four colors are now available at NikeStore.
