The Air Jordan VI Infrared Pack will finally release on June 19th, and it not will be an Asia-only release (much to the excitement of stateside-shoeheads). Here’s yet another look at the packaging of the Infrared Pack as well as another look at the shoes. The emblem on the antistatic bags reads:
“MJ wears the AJVI to the Promised Land as he finally wins his first championship, earning both regular season and Finals MVP along the way. The coveted Infrared AJVI features a Jordan-debut inner bootie, signature tongue pullslots, Visible Air and a confident style that perfectly complements Michael’s new ring.”

Okay, first JB releases the Black/Varsity Red colorway and now the OG Black/Infrared colorway? I'll bet anyone of you walking down the street wouldn't be able to tell the difference if someone else was wearing a Varsity Red pair or Infrared pair because in all honesty, these are just the same shoe with a different tone of red. In my opinion, save yourself some money and just go buy the White/Varsity Red or Black/Varsity Red 6's.

Spoke to Frank at Wish and he said the only difference between the Infrareds and the Varsity reds is maybe a shade lighter. We all know these aren't OG and they don't stay true to the OGs, doesn't mean a person cannot like them and want them. I can't believe people get so worked up about what OTHER people want to buy.
