NBA Superstar Kevin Durant and rising young talent Yi Jianlian of China were on hand to discuss the World Basketball Festival as well as their roles on Team USA and Team China, respectively, during the upcoming FIBA World Games in Turkey. Both players displayed pride and honor in representing their countries; KD will join his fellow elite players while Yi will assume a larger leadership role as veteran Yao Ming will be out with injury. Both KD and Yi also answered questions regarding their kicks, and we learned that Kevin Durant feels honored that other NBA players wear his signature shoe and that the Air Jordan XII is Yi Jianlian’s favorite Air Jordan of all time. During the interviews, Durant wore the Nike Hyperfuse Olympic colorway with DURANT printed on the tongues while Yi wore a dazzling China-inspired pair of the Nike Hyperdunk 2010, and both shoes will be showcased during the upcoming.
