Last month, Sneaker News gave you an exclusive look into the future of Nike Training. Nike’s Athletic Training 2010 Media Showcase revealed the collection centered around “Strong” “Speed”, and the Nike Zoom Huarache Trainer perfectly embodies these qualities. A shoe that Aaron Cooper designed as a revision of Tinker Hatfield’s original, Cooper worked with Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald to figure out what should stay, what should go, and what to add. Nike Senior Prodct Manager Zach Bromert recently sat down with StackTV to discuss the Huarache TR and how Fitzgerald’s input was essential, right down to the Vikings colorway that’s inspired not by Adrian Peterson, but Larry’s days as a Vikes ballboy.
