The Nike Air Max 1. The Air Jordan XI. Undoubtedly two of Tinker Hatfields greatest works with unwaning popularity in the sneaker culture, together at last as part of the Air Jordan x Air Max hybrid project. The Air Jordan Comfort Max 12 was confirmed for a release in the early months of the next year and the Comfort Max 11 should be soon to follow. The upper of the Air Jordan CMFT Max 11 is just what you’d expect; and Air Jordan XI upper condensed into an Air Max 1 upper. The mudguard shape (in elephant print) and lace-hole construction takes after the XI with an Air Max 1-like tongue with Jordan tag, and the midsole, which isn’t exactly that of an Air Max 1, features a stylized version of the AM1 midsole but with more angling lines and Jordan branding. This black/volt colorway of the Air Jordan CMFT Max 11 should see a release sometime next year but scheduling is subject to change.
