We’ve seen previews since spring, and now Nike Sportswear’s Omega Pack for Fall 2010 is finally starting to hit retail. Comprised of Nike Air Max 1s and its update, the Air Maxim 1+, the Omega Pack celebrates the old Athletics West training compound with colorways that are at once modern and slightly vintage. First up is a pair of AM1s that’s leaning toward autumn weather with a dark navy blue upper, red accents and light tan laces. Click the jump below for more shots of this new Eighty-Seven and cop a pair from Premier or get yours now on eBay.

Before Ray Allen became their main man in the Pacific Northwest, Jordan Brand’s first Seattle Supersonic was former All Star power forward Vin Baker. Vin’s career didn’t maintain the strong start he enjoyed in Seattle, but his first JB signature remains a key relic in the company’s history. The Air Jordan Pro Strong is somewhere between Air Jordans XII and XIII, replacing the XIII’s ‘golf ball’ dimples with long lines of stitching not totally unlike the XII’s sunray pattern. Available now are the OG black/white/pine and a new bred colorway, both of which you can find at Boston’s CNCPTS.

Proof that at its best, hybridization and modular design can produce brilliant designs, there’s a new Nike Lunar Presto Rejuven8 that just hit retail shelves. These all-black runners combine the Lunar Rejuven8′s Torch upper and LunarLite sole with the Presto’s lacing system. Unlike Presto releases that are sized like t-shirts, the Lunar Presto comes in a range of sizes from 6.5-15, and you can cop a pair today from FinishLine.

In case you’re one of the stubborn few who refuse to acknowledge the truly global phenomenon that is soccer, World Cup 2010 is in session right now in South Africa. For those in the know, Germany, Italy and Brazil are three countries with rich football heritages, and each of these countries sees its flag and colors appearing on a new pair of Puma Tekkies. A deconstructed plimsoll, the Tekkies feature a floppy canvas design and frayed ankle collar. Check out photos of all three pairs after the jump and check for these at your local Puma retailer. via Kenlu

The Puma Post Up Hi is a lifestyle shoe taken from basketball roots. These might not be suitable for the courts, but they were intended for the streets anyway, with a vulcanized sole, slim fit, and high tongue. Right off the bat, you’re probably eyeing the interesting graphic – yes, it’s very much like the elephant print from the Air Jordan III – but these are indeed Pumas. The Post Up Hi features breathable side panels as well as ankle cushioning for days. Check out the detailed shots after the jump and pick up a pair from mita.

Eric Koston’s first Nike SB shoe was this sweet Thailand-flag inspired colorway of the Nike SB Dunk Low. Nike SB deemed Koston deserving of more than one shoe, because a Nike SB Dunk High in a regal gold as well as a Nike SB Pro Model is set to release in 2010. The other day Sneaker News showed you a neat vid of both Koston and Brian Anderson discussing the structure of their Custom Series Nike SBs, in which Koston discusses the reasoning behind the use of a new sole material, as well as the addition of the heel pod taken from the Nike SB Zoom Tre. These SB Dunk Lows released a few weeks ago but if you missed out, these are still available at a fair price at Kicks-Crew as well as on eBay.

A lot of eyebrows were raised when images of the Lakers Air Jordan VI appeared on Foot Locker with some pretty noticeable differences from previous pics we had seen. It turned out that the FL images were an alternate sample version, featuring no 3M on the upper and sporting a far less translucent outsole. To the relief of many, it was the 3M version that actually released, but apparently, there are a few of these samples floating around. Let us know which version you prefer, and if you’re ready to break the bank for these, this sample pair is up for grabs now from Cigar0330 on eBay.

Earlier today Sneaker News gave our NYC-based readers a heads up regarding a wristband give-away at NikeTown NYC. Sneaker News has learned that in addition to NikeTown in NYC, the Nike Air Foamposite One ‘Cough Drop’ will release on Saturday exclusively at NikeTown retail locations as well as House of Hoops locations nationwide. For those who will miss out or perhaps allocate funds elsewhere (Air Jordan VI Infrared Pack), the Cough Drop Foam Ones are set to drop in a wider release in December 2010, with Footaction being one confirmed destination. A tough decision lies ahead on Saturday; what will you choose? You can still act now and pick these up eBay. Images via NT.

Very few colors can emanate as many emotions and moods as red can. Red can be both passionate and ominous, friendly and uninviting. With sneakers, red has been used for Valentine’s Day as well as for a murderous Jason Voorhees colorway of the Nike SB Dunk. It’s either one or the other for the color red, but this Nike Dunk High seems to capture the dual personality of the color; check out this upcoming Nike Dunk High Premium constructed in a synthetic tumbled leather and a new textile material seen on other recent Dunk Highs. It’s as fierce as it is attractive, so expect these to drop later this year at Nike Sportswear accounts. via dunkbar.

From the memorable ‘Skunks’ to Eric Koston’s Thai Temple Quickstrikes, 2010 has been a good year for the Nike SB Dunk High. And last year would have been even better had this sample pair ever released. Rocking a simple black/white palette with just a hint of red, these SB Dunk Highs look to have a supremely high quality leather upper. We’d love to see these or something similar hit retailers, but there’s only one pair of these in sample size US mens 9, available now from cigar0330 on eBay.

The low-profile Pumas prominent in the mid ’00s foreshadowed the ‘lifestyle’-dominated sneaker market we know and love, but here’s a model that comes full circle by offering that retro tennis shoe look. The Puma Match debuted in 1974, which means their classic styling is right on time, and you can’t go wrong with a canvas shoe for summer. Pairs in white/red and navy/white both have buttery smooth leather accents, so click the jump below for more images and check for these at your local Puma retailer. via Kenlu

Italian Illustrator/Designer Giorgio Di Salvo’s follow-up project to his previous “Black & White and Red Snakes” exhibit for Nike is this visually astounding artwork based on Nike’s latest Lunar and Lunarlon technology, in which he depicts the Nike Lunar technology by combining it with a lunar moon-walking motif, showing imprints of the shoe in spacedust. While the Nike Lunar running and training footwear line-up won’t catapult you into outer space, Di Salvo’s artwork does capture the essence of the technology, which is centralized around high-performing lightweight ideas. Check out the rest of the artwork after the jump or see this in person at Nike Stadium in Milan. via FnG.
