Nike Air Max LeBron VIII Black Red Detailed Images

And it’s official, LeBron James has signed . . . to stay with Nike for another seven years.  OK, so that happened back in March, but with King James spearheading the greatest free agent group in NBA history, it’s hard not to play into the hype that’ll have your mom asking what all the hoopla on the news is about.  LeBron’s destination remains in question, a fact reflected by the photos of the upcoming Nike Air Max LeBron VIII (8).

A thorough review of this new AML8 reveals a complete lack of uniform-number branding, something that’s been a staple on James’ kicks for some time now.  He’s put in with the NBA head office to change his number to 6, but what that new insignia might look like is anyone’s guess.  What we do know for sure is that the Air Max LeBron VIII comes to us in a mix of nubuck and Flywire-embedded carbon fiber, with leather running the length of the eyelets.  There are a number of interesting details, including the inner tongue tag embroidery, speckled lower midsole and an entirely new traction pattern, so click the jump below for detailed photos and stick with Sneaker News for updates on the new LeBron James sneakers.  via Taobao

I'd like to see a white/university blue colorway on these… these nice tho

  2. Shawn Charles Says:

    God awful.

  3. Edisonz Says:

They look like bootleg bulky Lebron 7s.
The 7's were the best LB shoe, followed by the 4's.
They should drop more colorways for the 7's and just never release these….

  4. Tnunn Says:

    I LIKE THESE ALOT

  5. MrTwoThree Says:

man…i thought the lebron 7's were bad..

  6. Blaze Says:

These are pretty nice in my opinion. The technology on these shoes is what makes them dope. The flywire, air max, and carbon fiber. I'm sure there will be plenty of different colorways to please everybody.

  7. 206kid Says:

The 7′s are the best brons ever these r ok

  8. KoretiGuy Says:

I wasn't feeling these at all when I saw these in pictures. Then, I saw a video on YouTube of a guy who got some samples of these early and they actually looked nice. The VII's are way better than these, but I might get these anyways for basketball.

  9. brian Says:

they seem to have the look of a crosstrainer…..just think

  10. Chris Says:

They look like the 7's and 3's meshed up.

  11. robert Says:

i found one place also available beside taobao in http://www.humorshoes.com/lebron-james-8-c-28_70.html

  12. DDUE Says:

IT'S NOT CARBON FIBER!!!! THINK ABOUT WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF YOU HAD CARBON FIBER IN THOSE AREAS OF THE SHOE!

SAME THING WITH THE LEBRON 4s. IT WASN'T A CARBON FIBER PLATE, IT WAS A TPU PLATE THAT LOOKED LIKE CARBON FIBER. YOU PEOPLE ARE SO SIMPLE MINDED
