The last Force x Air fusion Sneaker News showed you – the Air Jordan Force Fusion XII Obsidian – was met with high praise from fans and detractors alike due to the shoe’s tit-for-tat resemblance to the original Air Jordan it took after. The latest installment of the Air Jordan Force Fusion legacy is the Air Jordan X, and like the AJF12 Obsidian, this upcoming fusion impeccably hybridizes the Air Jordan X upper with a toe, strap, and midsole of an Air Force 1 Mid. The Jordan branding found on the tag of the X is placed on the strap, and the most prominent design features of the Air Jordan X, the bottom sole chronicling Jordan’s achievements, is also pressed together with a classic AF1 sole. The demo of shoe made it look ugly king of bootlegg but looking at them now it’s okay this shoe is what I would wear when I’m chilling at home but when going to the club I rather put on the orignals unless it’s a rudy club then I put on the fusions cause I don’t want the OG one’s to get mess up.

Well, of course I’d rather cop the original Jordan Xs, but if I’m going to get the next best thing, then I would consider these only – and I mean ONLY – if they took off that ankle strap. The OG version of the real Jordan Xs didn’t have a strap, so why do these fusions have a strap? I mean, did I miss something? I copped the AJF III fusions because they came pretty close to the OG Jordan IIIs. These, on the other hand, are just a little “off.”

I liked the Fusion IIIs and Vs mainly because of the CWs but to see this hurts. I was hoping they would stay away from the Xs, XIs, XIIIs, XVIIs, and XVIIIs.
Another one bites the dust.
In Brooklyn, I see too many dudes in the AJF XIIIs and they really think they're hot shit. It's so sad. People are paying Retro and OG money for Fusions. Why? WHY?!
