Most kids cringe at the implication when back to school shopping starts to ramp up each July, but Jordan heads are looking forward to September. It’s not necessarily for the books and homework and super-cheap lunches, but for something that reminds many of us of school days gone by. The Air Jordan IX originally released in this black, Dark Charcoal and True Red colorway back in 1994, and the retro drop set for the end of Q3 2010 is a perfect reproduction. They’re sure to be a tough cop when they hit retailers on 9/4, but you can not only avoid the rush but wow your homies with an early hookup when you cop them already from RMKstore.

Hell yeah, bring it on JB I’ll have some of that, nice looking shoe and one of the best c/w’s for the IX’s.(powder blues look bland IMHO) Lotta heads complaining about the suede/nubuck but a lotta these cats dont realise the OG’s had suede to if I remember rightly

Before, i was kinda on the fence about these, cuz i never was a huge fan of this colorway anyway. But now!!!! This ish right here n***a!!!!! Lol. I might have to cop!

These are very nice! This colorway for the AJ IX's are absolutely the best. Very identical to 1994's original release w/ black suede on the upper. Definitely a "MUST-HAVE".

I got mine today! Ol boy at Finishline Must have been new, because he sold them to me with no reservations!!! I will be bustin 'em out Friday in the airport heading to ChiTown!
