The Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke is reserved with those who are willing to drop some dough, but for this newly designed pair, it was a collective gift from sneakerheads given to one of their own. Reggie Holloway – just 20 years old when he passed – was a noted sneakerhead hailing from Houston; his weakness? The Nike Air Force 1. Reggie sported an impressive Air Force 1 collection was a recognized member of various sneaker forums, and after his tragic passing, a special site – ReggieAF1.com – was started to share Reggie’s story and to collect donations for a commemorative pair of the Nike Air Force 1 iD. The sneakerhead community came through as the goal for a 21 Mercer Bespoke iD was reached, and today Sneaker News is proud to show you the Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke designed in memoriam of Reggie Holloway. The upper features a premium mix of suede and leather, with a colorway inspired by the previous Houston Rockets logo.
