The first trainer to feature Nike’s next generation Lunarlon material, the Nike Lunar TR has just released in its initial colorway. These joints feature a pleasing design that combines black synthetics and mesh on the upper with Varsity Royal and white accents, but the sole is the main topic of discussion for these puppies. Whereas LunarLite relied on embedded phylite cushioning, the Lunarlon soles are a bit softer while also holding the advantage of wearing more evenly for an increase in durability.
