Nike Air Force 1 Low Black Metallic Silver 3M

3M reflective material on an Air Force 1 has always added up to a widely enjoyed pair of shoes. For sneaker-heads with old-school souls, the recent AF1 releases were a true redemption of the classic shoe, a shoe that one point oversaturated the market with superfluous colorways and mundanity. This new all-black Air Force 1 features a metallic silver bottom sole with a 3M swoosh for the perfect amount of pop when hit with flash. These just dropped so check your Nike Sporstwear retailer near you to cop a pair.

Sneaker News Weekly Rewind: 7/17 7/23

The summer just seems to get better and better with breaking news and incredible sneaker showcases. The summer is about showing off your freshest kicks; celebs were out and about rocking fresh pairs of Jays and Nikes, and a sneaker showcase out in South Korea had Jordanites falling to their knees. If that wasn’t enough, Sneaker News brought you a look at two upcoming Air Jordan XIII colorways – the ‘Flint’ and ‘Premio’ – as well as a look at an interesting colorway of an Air Jordan Six Rings. We also got word of a true retro from decades ago in the form of two colorways of the Jordan Sky High, set for a September release. Sneaker News also let the cat out of the bag with an in-depth look at a number of samples headed our way as well an introduction to a possible Air Max 1 ACG Pack release.

Basketball returned to the Sneaker News front page as well, as Team USA congregated for practice in preparation of the FIBA World Championship. Right before the FIBA competition is a celebration in the World Basketball Festival, and Nike, Jordan Brand, and Converse made public a great basketball pop-up exhibit in Harlem NYC. The collective story this week might have been the Nike Air Max 90 Infrared; Sneaker News kept you on top of all release information and locations, and our Sneaker News Blogs WDYWT was filled with excited cats rocking their fresh 90s. July’s about to come to a close so check out this week’s Sneaker News Weekly Rewind to stay on point with all the latest Sneaker News.

NBA Feet: O.J. Mayo Nike Flight Lite 2010 PE

O.J. Mayo’s been getting some NBA Summer League burn and honing his game, and he’s been doing it wearing the Nike Flight Lite 2010, an upcoming Nike Basketball shoe with roots planted as far back as 1991. The Nike Flight Lite was a super-high basketball shoe of ’91 – you might’ve seen it on White Men Can’t Jump – and returns in 2010 completely redesigned, sporting a super-high tongue and the OG Flight logo. The cut of the shoe is similar to the recently released Nike Hyperdunk 2010 and actually shares an overall design with the Flight Lite 2010, but the Flight Lite features a lightweight Phylon midsole with encapsulated Air for cushioning opposed to Zoom used in the HD 2k10. Of course, it’s the sky-high tongue that sets the Flight Lite apart from the rest – a tongue that reaches almost halfway to Mayo’s shins. Check out the extra shot after the jump and expect the first colorways to drop this Holiday 2010 season. via hoopchina.

Nike Air Force 1 iD T Shirts @ Nike Harajuku

If your finances aren’t proper enough for you to drop $800 on an Air Force 1 Bespoke, how about an Air Force 1 iD t-shirt? For 10 days (July 20th-30th), Nike Harajuku will have a special limited Nike iD product available for Air Force 1 heads – a Nike Air Force iD t-shirt. You get to choose the color of each portion of the shoe, like the midsole, upper, lace placket, swoosh, and others, and have the pieces attached in unison to any area of the t-shirt you like. The materials aren’t the classic screen-printed textures, but a fuzzy material that looks to be of high quality. Metallic silver and gold options will also be available. Hopefully this idea reaches across the ocean to the states, but if you’re in Japan, these t-shirts will be 4,095 yen (just under $50) only at Nike Harajuku.

Nike WMNS Air Royalty Mid VT Obsidian Red Plum

We saw a similar colorblocking pattern (slash) materials distribution on a recent pair of Nike Air Royals and since the above pictured model is similar in design and name, it’s only fitting to see them try the same.  The Nike Air Royalty Mid VT pictured above is a WMNS release, but its dope dark navy, purple and melon colorway is sure to attract a few fashion-forward dudes.  These use a molded woolen material on the side panels and ankle area, opting for Red Plum patent leather on the toe and heel.  Check out more shots after the jump and grab a pair today from NikeStore.

Air Jordan One6 One7 Black Metallic Silver | Available

Here’s the third Air Jordan One6 One7 to hit retail.  This hybrid of Air Jordans XVI and XVII manages to seamlessly blend the two kicks while offering a 5/8 cut that’s lower than both of their original models.  Just yesterday, a pair in white and Metallic Silver became available, and this new edition is almost identical, were you to swap the white sections for black.  The other key difference is tumbled leather on the side panels, which gives these a nice durable look.  A colorway that you can’t go wrong wearing, the black/Metallic Silver One6 One7s are available now from FinishLine.

LIVESTRONG x Nike Zoom Bruin Team Radio Shack Edition

Lance Armstrong returned to the Tour de France competition wearing new colors, as he began the tour as part of Team Radio Shack in red and black instead of the customary blue and white from the United States Postal Service colors. We recently showed you a special colorway of the Nike LunarGlide+ 2 in the black and red colorway and this follow-up of Livestrong x Team Radio Shack colorways comes in the form of a Nike Zoom Bruin. The Bruin features a red upper with a black midsole and yellow trim on the bottom sole, constrast stitching on the swoosh, and NIKE branding on the heel tab. These are available at Mellow Johnny’s of Austin, TX for $65 a pair, with the proceeds going to the Livestrong Foundation. Check out the extra images after the jump and let us know what you think of the new red and black Livestrong colorways. via NK.

Nike LunarMax+ Vortex White Metallic Silver Photo Blue Volt

We got our first glimpse at the Max Air-inside-LunarLon runner that is the Nike LunarMax Vortex earlier this week, and here’s another colorway for your viewing pleasure.  This new LunarMax+ Vortex only adds a single color compared to the earlier pair, bringing the total to four, but its use of a speckled midsole to bring together the blue and white sections is pure genius.  Check out more shots of this upcoming runner after the jump and for those lucky few who rock US mens size 10, a sample is available now from cigar0330 on eBay.

SSUR for Converse Pro Leather 76 | Available

A clear sign that ending the Cold War was best for everyone involved, here’s a new collaboration between a Russian-born artist and one of America’s iconic footwear brands.  The SSUR x Converse Pro Leather 76 appears above with just a little crackled leather on the eyelets, instead mostly covered by some of the richest black nubuck we’ve seen in ages.  With its side panels missing the typical star-chevron, these Pro Leather 76s reveal how much their design took after the 1974-born Nike Blazer.  But that’s how it goes with great designs, and SSUR has added some golden touches to these to make them his very own.  Check out more shots after the jump and grab a pair today from Haven.

NBA Feet: Dwyane Wade Air Jordan 2010 Team White Varsity Red Light Graphite

Dwyane Wade’s summer has been a whirlwind, hasn’t it? His old nickname ‘Flash’ is a thing of the past. You might even call him the ‘Maestro’ for conducting a free-agency symphony that was sweet music to Floridian ears, using the lure of championships as his baton. Recently Wade was seen sporting the upcoming Air Jordan 2010 Team in White, Varsity Red, and Light Graphite during a quick workout on the basketball court. Wade will be the shoulders that Jordan Brand will use to carry the load, and with his two new superstar teammates, it looks like Jordan Brand will continue a winning legacy for some time. Continue reading for extra shots of Wade in the upcoming 2010 Teams and let us know which Air Jordan 2010 release – OG, Outdoor, or Team – is best. via t.sina.
