The UK’s Foot Patrol is recognized as one of the prominent sneaker boutiques in all the world; its collaborations with major sneaker labels like Nike, adidas, and New Balance have led to some of the most highly sought after shoes of the decade. After closing its doors for two years, Foot Patrol will open again this month; the vintage wood-shed inspired space was designed by Wilson Brothers and Brinkworth, and all of the available items were handpicked by Michael Kopelman, the original owner of Foot Patrol and the current creative director. Again, Foot Patrol will open its doors again this month, so be sure to stop in. Continue reading for images of the new space as well as an official press release.

When images of the Nike Zoom Kobe V Team USAB first dropped, Kobe fans were eagerly awaiting the 2010 FIBA World Championships to see Kobe rock this patriotic colorway of his signature shoe. Unfortunately, Kobe will be sitting out this summer’s games in order to help his index finger heal properly, and his absence will certainly be felt. With no true “winner” on the Team USAB roster, the Kobe-less squad will have a tough task ahead of them. In any case, the Kobe V USA will still release with the trail-inspired obsidian/red laces. These have just dropped at Nikestore but you can also try to snag a pair on eBay.

A guy named Lance Edward Gunderson was born about 40 years ago and he survived tremendous odds to become one of this century’s most heralded athletes. You know him better as Lance Armstrong, seven time Tour de France champion, cancer survivor and founder of the Lance Armstrong Foundation and its LIVESTRONG movement. Armstrong’s career at the top of the cycling game may be over, but his fame will endure as long as we still care about amazing people overcoming adversity, the LIVESTRONG x Nike collaborations will be welcome. Here’s the new LIVESTRONG x Nike Blazer Mid Supreme, a blacked-out Blazer whose color scheme is very similar to the UNDFTD tri-collab that released early this month, but finds its jersey color stripes on the eyestay rather than the heel area. These are scheduled to hit Firmament in Berlin tomorrow, July 24th, so stick with Sneaker News for word on a likely Stateside release. via HS

Early last week, Sneaker News gave you a first look at a Nike SB Blazer Mid in Obsidian and White that featured a perforated suede upper, canvas swoosh, and a logo on the heeltab. That pair was specially designed for Poets skateshop, celebrating the establishment’s two-year anniversary. The colorway was hand-picked by long-time Nike SB Team rider Gino Iannucci, who we all know has a thing for perforated uppers on Nike SB shoes. Availability of the shoe is rumored to be limited, but these have popped up at European retailers like Zeropolis. Stick with Sneaker News and we’ll keep you updated on a stateside release, so in the meantime, check out the additional images and let us know what you think of this colorway.

Back in ’87, it truly was Tinker Against The World; when the legendary architectural designer came up with the idea of a visible Air Unit and the idea was not well received at the outset – it almost cost him his job! Luckily for Air Max heads (and Nike), Hatfield stayed on and the Nike Air Max 1 born. In 1990, Hatfield introduced the Nike Air Max 90 in a dazzling white, grey, black, and Infrared colorway, better known as the Infrared Air Max 90. This new t-shirt is a testament to Hatfield’s against-the-grain ideals as he was truly “against the world”. Now, he runs it. This sick Air Max 90 Infrared tee is available is available in limited quantity exclusively at 21 Mercer, the Nike Sportswear store in lower Manhattan. If you still haven’t picked up your Infrareds yet, grab them now on eBay.

Movie sequels are never given a chance but when done right, they can be as great as the originals. The Air Jordan XIII ‘Flint’ colorway is scheduled for a “Part III” this coming November 2010 season, and with original cast of colors returning, there’s absolutely no doubt that this Air Jordan retro is going to be a huge box office hit. The Flint XIII originally released in February of 1998 and returned seven years later with a slightly different color code – Navy Blue to French Blue – but that slight change didn’t effect much (i.e. Katie Holmes to Maggie Gyllenhaal in the 21st Century Batman series).
The third go-around of this classic colorway should be a popular one as well, and we foresee Jordan-heads of all ages to rush to stores once these drop. Another interesting point; with the retail price of this Retro tentatively set at $150, this would be one of the very few Jordans that have not changed in price from Original to Retro ($150 in ’98, $150 in ’05). Again, these are scheduled for a November 2010 release, but with Jordan Brand being shaky with its release dates, stick with Sneaker News to make sure you’re on top of everything. You can avoid the lines and get an “advanced screening” because a full size run is available at Marquee Sole.

A recently released pack of the Nike Dunk Low and Dunk High featuring canvas uppers and gingham plaid patterns was a huge hit for summer-time due to its picnic-at-the-park colorways. This Nike Air Force 1 Low ’07 for womens shares that similar picnic-chic design, with a bring orange synthetic leather upper and an orange/white plaid textile pattern on the toe and center panel. The bottom sole is a solid silver with the swoosh and heel-tab a shiny metallic silver. The Air Force 1 Low has been long considered as THE summer shoe, and this seasonal colorway should be a perfect fit. Check out the images after the jump and expect these to hit Nike Sportswear retailers soon.

Not only did the technical aspects of the Nike Hyperfuse receive praise, the aesthetics of the shoe definitely wowed the crowd. This upcoming colorway of the Hyperfuse makes the light and breathable Fuse mesh material appear like strong steel grating of some sort. It won’t be heavy as metal but it will provide ample strength while keeping you quick on your feet. This metallic silver, black, and sport red colorway will release in early August, but you can avoid the lines by pre-ordering a pair at Finishline.

With Nike 6.0 making strides toward its big brother SB in terms of quality releases, here’s a look at a new lowtop that’s quintessentially ‘Six-point-oh’. The Nike 6.0 Zoom Primo is pictured above in three new colorways that show you where Nike Six’s aesthetics are leaning. They’re all somewhat subdued when compared to the craziest 6.0 kicks, but the design elements are familiar. Choose from tonal greys with teal hits, black/white or whtie/grey/black and red, all of which are available now from NikeStore.

An update to a classic standby model, the new Puma Sky Hi+ ‘The List’ Pack will change how you see super-hightop sneakers. Chunky, wide straps are usually reserved for the midfoot area, but that’s what makes the Sky Hi+ different than its forebear. With a thick strap, ultra-high tongue and exaggerated midsole, you can immediately tell the Sky Hi+ apart from the OG Sky His. Check out more shots by clicking the jump below; pairs in blue or purple suede, red ripstop nylon, silvery faux reptile and crinkled black leather are all expected at German retailer Schuh-You on October 16th.

Like in science, there are formulas within sneakers that never fail. Black-and-red Jordans, suede-and-mesh Air Max runners, and two-toned Air Force 1s. Check out this sample of the Nike Air Force 1 Low in Black and Chlorine Blue; the upper and midsole is black with a bright blue on the swoosh, bottom sole, and AIR branding on the midsole. The rear panel as well as the swoosh features a shiny patent leather-like material on a pebbled based – not exactly a smooth finish you’d expect on patent leather. The front end of the shoe features the matte-black synthetic leather. A size 9 sample of this Air Force 1 is available so check out the auction from cigar0330 on eBay.
