If you saw the Nike Air Max 1 ACG Sample that was reported earlier, this next sample pair might not come as a surprise. Check out the Nike Air Maxim 1+ Trainer ACG; this new colorway of the recently introduced Maxim 1 Trainer features the ACG branding on the heel as well as an ACG x Air Max graphic on the insole, however the tongue label reads the classic ‘Nike Air’ opposed to the ‘ACG Air Max’ label seen on the Air Max 1 ACG. The colorway of Dark Shadow and Varsity Purple is a combination of dark tones but there are hints of color popping out in the form of a speckled midsole as well as the black/pink and pink/orange speckled laces. Check out the images after the jump and if these induce the “must-have” feeling in your head, check out the entire listing from cigar0330 on eBay.

Dropping in August is this Air Jordan 1 Retro High in a mix of autumn tones; a chocolate leather upper and velvet brown take the upper with a garnet ret swoosh and Air Jordan Wings logo with sage green on the laces, midsole stitching, and inner lining. The mix of brown tones should remind your of the Air Jordan II (2) Premio; it was once presumed that the Jordan Brand Bin 23 Collection would featured the same brown-leather colorways, but that hypothesis was quickly debunked upon the introduction of the Air Jordan IX (9) Premio. Would have surely been nice to see a line of high-quality brown leather colorways, but this Air Jordan 1 Retro High will do just fine. Check out the detailed shots and expect these to drop next month. via kinstor.

Earlier this month Sneaker News gave you a look into Li-Ning’s upcoming basketball footwear line. The China-based company recently changed its logo and slogan in an effort to re-energize the brand that launched its first brick-and-mortar retail spot in American soil this past February. Baron Davis also introduced his first signature shoe – the Li-Ning BD Doom – during that launch, and now we get a look at Davis’ second shoe, the Li-Ning BD Doom II. While the new logo and Davis’ logo have made it onto the shoe, the ‘BD’ logo from the first shoe as well as the apparel line hasn’t returned. The upper is constructed by a mix of leather, faux snakeskin, and another material seen on the toe, tongue, and ankle collar. Please keep in mind that these are only samples, and are not necessarily the finished product, but until pics of the official version are leaked, you can check out the images after the jump and let us know what you think of this early version of Baron Davis’ second sig shoe with Li-Ning. via US10.

The Nike Air Max+ 2011 was first brought to light in mid-June and just last week, Sneaker News gave you a first look at the actual production version of the shoe. The Grey/Red and ever-so-popular Black/Volt colorway shown in that preview hinted at a possible slew of colorways featuring the same grey-on- and black-on- color-blocking, and this newly surfaced sample pair point to that even more directly. Check out this colorway of the Nike Air Max 2011 with grey on the breathable upper and vibrant Total Orange on the Air unit and underlying mesh layer. Nike always repeats itself in terms of colorways, so we can surely expect a grey and varsity royal colorway to match the trio of grey patent-leather Air Max LeBron VII colorways that dropped a few months back. Continue on for a detailed look and cop this size 10 sample pair from cigar0330 on eBay.

It was just this past Friday that we showed you a look at Supra’s Fall 2010 signature models collection, and now here’s a look at all the rest from the crown brand. Supra’s non-sig collection includes models we’ve come to know and love like the Vaider Mid and Low, Thunder High and Low and the recently re-designed Cuban. Click the jump below to see the entire range of models and materials; it gets pretty crazy with a range from suede to almost-tortoise-shell mahogany patent leather. via HS

We saw the Nike Air Penny III hit retailers earlier this year in an ‘Eggplant’ colorway and here’s a look at a shoe that borrows that signature shade plus its outsole shape. The Nike Air 1/2 Cent is a hybrid that combines all four Penny Hardaway Nikes with the Air Foamposite One for a look that perfectly typifies late-’90s Nike Basketball. It’s rumored that Penny himself might make a run at a comeback with the newly-loaded Miami Heat, but he’d never wear this pair on court, so click the jump below for more shots and stick with Sneaker News for updates on the Half Cent release date. via Kinstor

In need of a plimsoll for direct competition with Vans and the numerous other brands offering this classic silhouette, Converse reached into the Jams vault and resurrected their Skidgrip model early last year. It started with a straight-up retro release in wild colors, but the Skidgrip has been a major part of Converse Japan’s offerings in recent months, and now as a member of Converse First String. The Nom du Guerre x Converse Skidgrip is pictured above in black waxed canvas with brass eyelets and cream soles, a look that’ll be available at Converse First String retailers like Canada’s Haven starting July 30th. via HB

The other Sneaker News showed you new pair of the Nike WMNS Dunk Low with polka dots – a design graphic found commonly on women’s clothing. This new pair of the Nike Dunk High for mens also features polka dots, but dressed with grey and black tones, these polka dots are just fine for the males. Featured a two-toned grey canvas-like polka-dot upper with a black toe-box, swoosh, and ankle collar, this newly released Nike Dunk High Supreme should be a hit for those who prefer some pizzazz to their kicks. These just dropped at Nikestore so grab ‘em while they’re hot.

Similar to how the Air Jordan CP3 Tribute combines the third Air Jordan and Chris Paul signatures, the Nike Air Max Wavy is a hybrid derived from the third Penny Hardaway and Kevin Garnett Swoosh sigs. We’ve seen them pop up in all the usual Foamposite-inspired colorways, but here’s one that takes the no-nonsense approach. Utilizing just a touch of grey on the tongue tag and sockliner, these Air Max Wavys are otherwise entirely black. Take a look at more shots after the jump and grab yours today from FinishLine.

It’s been a while since we’ve seen new colorways of the Gourmet il Due zip-up sneaker, and here are two that’ll fit in with modern color application while still breaking their fair share of necks. Two pairs done in monochromatic black or white have that quintessentially summer-y vibe thanks to canvas construction, but there’s no other shoe you can zip up all the way like it’s a travel bag, so the Due C is bound to get some attention when you’re out in the heat. Check out more shots after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for updates on their release. via Dunk.com.cn
