ATF Crew x Nike Teaser

The ATF Crew is well-known in the sneaker-community, particularly when it comes to love for the Nike Air Force 1. Always rocking the rarest and 1-of-1 Forces and Bespokes, the ATF crew has been spearheading the Air Force 1 movement for years and years. Now, it looks like they’ve reached the apex; here’s a teaser for a collaboration between the ATF Crew and what looks to be, what else, but a Nike Air Force 1. Mayor – one of the Big Three – captioned this image as “MOVIE!”, which could point to a possible film-based inspiration. Life is good when your crew’s name is printed under the Swoosh, so check out the extra shot after the jump, and give us your ideas on what this ATF Crew x Nike partnership could entail.

Update: Sneaker News has been informed that this is not a collaboration, but another Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke done for the Nike ATF crew. The ATF stitching was a custom option.

Air Jordan Prime 5 Orion Blue Metallic Silver

Yesterday Sneaker News gave you a first look at the Air Jordan Prime 5, a hybrid of the Air Jordan Alpha 1 and the Air Jordan V. The preliminary images of the Prime 5 featured an Air Jordan Alpha 1 silhouette but with strong AJV hints, like the netting on the sidewall, toe and heel design, upper lace-holes, and the 3M/netting tongue. Here’s a look at produced version of the Air Jordan Prime 5 in Orion Blue and Metallic Silver; the all-blue upper features a translucent bottom sole and a 3M reflective tongue. This is just the first of a number of expected colorways of the Prime 5 so check out detailed images after the jump and let us know what you think of this latest hybrid design. You can still cop this size 9 sample pair from cigar0330 on eBay.

Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Eyelet High

Here’s a new look from Converse that draws upon the One Star’s long line of collaborations with fashion designer John Varvatos.  The new Converse Chuck Taylor Eyelet hightops are quite similar Varvatos’ Multi-Eylet Chucks, but they’ll likely carry a friendlier MSRP.  Done in faded black canvas that has a sort of chambray look about it, these joints have nearly 30 eyelets on either side all of which are spanned by elastic laces for a super-comfy and responsive fit.  Check out more shots after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for word on a stateside release.  via ST

Vandal A Sneakers T Shirt Infrared Edition

By now, you should know who Vandal-A is; the resourceful designer has been hitting home-run after home-run with great designs set to match some of the bigger releases in recent memory. His Eggplant Foamposite shirt, as well as the Oreo VI tee among others were definite favorites (both sold out quick), and this new ‘Infrared’ design will go hand-in-hand with the Air Jordan VI Infrared Pack as well as the return of the Air Max 90 Infrared. Using the well-known Snickers bar wrapper as the inspiration, this black/white/grey/infrared tee urges you to satisfy your hunger…for sneakers, of course. Whether it be to complement the 90′s or your Infrared VI pack, you can cop your Infrared ‘Sneakers’ tee from Vandal-A now and look out for a white version of the shirt next week. The Air Max 90 Infrared is set to drop next Saturday, July 24th at Nike Sportswear retailers like Footaction, or you can grab a pair now on eBay.

Nike Air LunarMax+ 90 Black

Out of all the Nike Air Legacy runners, the Air Max 90 has been pushed, pulled, stretched out, and squeezed together more than any other. We’ve seen a ton of revamped hybridized 90s over the last year in the form of the Air Max 90 Current, Air Max 90 Current Moire, Air Max 90 Current Huarache, and Air Max Current 90 Torch, all of which featuring the classic Ninety silhouette but with noticeable alterations. Kinda like an import tuner, the Air Max 90 has been souped up time and time again, and the all-new Nike Air Lunarmax+ 90 – a Nike Air Max 90 with a brand new chassis – should set the next precedent for the next wave of AM90 hybrids.

The Air Lunarmax+ 90 features a LunarLon – Lunar + Phylon – forefoot cushioning with the original Air Max 90 Air unit but with a diagonal “cage” surrounding the housing. The upper features a lighter construction with a breathable material as well as the Flywire panels seen on the Nike Air Maxim1. The Air Max 90 has surely undergone a number of changes, as the already-powerful engine has been tuned into an all-black super-sleek sportscar. Check out the detailed images of the Nike Air Lunarmax+ 90 and let us know what you think of this latest updated Air design. You can also buy this size 9 sample pair from cigar0330 on eBay.

Nike Match Classic VNTG White + Black | Available

One of the Swoosh’s cleanest designs, the Nike Match Classic is back in two new colorways with the vintage touch.  And this duo is two of the most elegant designs we’ve seen, eschewing the extra branding that accompanies the fragment design collabo joints or the more obviously two-toned Quickstrike pack that hit late last year.  Instead, these are done in simple black or white suede with just a hint of contrast on the white pair’s Swooshes, while the blacks are tonal.  Nice stuff for the peak of summer, and they’re both available from Kicks-Crew.

Nike WMNS Air Force 1 Low Victory Green White

This spring and summer have been marked by a welcome increase in two-toned Nike Air Force 1 Lows, and here’s a new look for ladies that keeps the dual-color look but adds a bit of complexity.  With these new WMNS AF1s, the only two colors you’ll read on the box are white and the new-for-2010 Victory Green shade, but that’s not quite enough to tell the entire story.  On the underlay sections, you’ll find a woven pattern that brings these two shades together for a nice blend, and you can see more shots by clicking the jump below.  via Dunk.com.cn

Air Jordan Alpha 1 Outdoor Black Stealth Dark Charcoal

Yesterday Sneaker News showed you a new colorway of the Air Jordan Alpha 1 Outdoor that featured Laser Blue on the upper with 3M. Here’s a look at a more toned-down colorway featuring just black and tones of grey. Much like the full-3M Air Jordan Alpha 1 that released earlier this year, this colorway featured all-black on the upper but with grey color-blocking on the swoosh and the Jumpman logo on the heel. These should also remind you of the Nike SB Dunk Mid Griptape that released the April of 2007. Continue reading for a gallery of images from Dunk and you can pick up a pair now on eBay.

Nike Air Trainer Max 91 Grey Stone Medium Yellow

We’re glad Bo Jackson’s still a big part of Nike Training today, but let’s look back at one of his classics – the Nike Air Trainer Max ’91. This shoe is indeed a Sneaker News favorite, as it was featured in our Classics Revisited segment, and this second retro of the grey/yellow colorway should be a real treat for Trainer fans. Last year’s retro of the Trainer SC  was a big hit and we reckon the grey/yellow original colorway of the Max ’91 to be the same, although this time you’ll get a nubuck upper opposed to the thick durabuck upper that was used in the original. If you missed out on the retro from half a decade ago, here’s your chance again: These are set to drop in August but already popped up in some shops like Premier, so don’t sleep!

Nike Trainer 1.2 Mid Legends Pack | Available

If you caught the All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game on Monday, you might’ve seen Bo Jackson wearing the Nike Trainer 1.2 Mid in a bright two-tone blue colorway. That pair is part of a special collection of the Nike Trainer 1.2 Mid, paying homage to five legends of the game of baseball. Along with Bo Jackson is legendary 3rd-baseman Mike Schmidt, Mr. No-Hitter himself Nolan Ryan, “The Kid” Ken Griffey Jr., and currently active but HOF-bound Cardinals slugger Albert Pujols. Each colorway of the Trainer 1.2 Mid matches each player’s respective team uniform colors.

Sneaker News first showed you Griffey’s “600″ logo with his trademark backwards cap, and each respective player has his own personalized logo as well. On Nolan Ryan’s pair, you will see the Nolan Ryan Express train with the 5/1/91 date – the day he threw his seventh no-hitter – printed above. Bo Jackson’s logo features “448″, a tribute to Bo’s mammoth 448-foot home-run off Rick Reuschel in the first inning of the ’89 MLB All-Star Game. Mike Schmidt’s logo is designed with his jersey number (20) while using the Phillies’ ’80′s logo as an inspiration. And finally, Albert Pujols’ logo labels Pujols “The Machine” for his inhuman production at the plate. The entire Legends Pack – minus the Schmidt colorway – just dropped at Eastbay and have also been spotted at some Niketown locations, so don’t miss out on this special “Legends Pack” of the Nike Trainer 1.2 Mid.

Supra Footwear Fall 2010 Collection

Supra made a big splash a year ago, offering up an alternative style to the everyday skate shoe with the super-high tongues and ankle cuts. The upcoming Fall 2010 Collection isn’t too shabby either, as we get a look at the remaining colorways of the collection in this great preview. Some of the usual suspects return – Society, Skytop I & II – as well as the EE Avenger (this time in Cool Grey!). We also get a few more colorways of the Skytop I & II in the TUF Crackle material. Continue reading for a look at the upcoming Fall 2010 releases and let us know which low or mid you would rock. via HS.

Air Jordan VII (7) Retro Olympic For The Love Of The Game | New Images

This past Monday, Sneaker News was the first to show you the Air Jordan VII (7) Olympic ‘For The Love Of The Game’, a quickstrike/limited released headed for an August 7th release. These have randomly popped up in one overseas shop and it has yet to be determined where else these will release. It’s been six years since the original release of the Air Jordan VII (7) Olympic colorway, and the updated version with the golden bask-heart-ball logo on the heel should be a popular item come early next month. Truth be told, the ’92 joints aka the Olympic VII wasn’t an instant sell-out the first time around but we’re sure that won’t be the same once these hit stores. Check out the new images of the For The Love Of The Game VII and let us know if these are an easy “yes” for you. via kickslab.
