We showed you a Mid with shades of 2005′s Halloween/Black Pack earlier today, and here’s a Nike SB Dunk Low Pro that achieves a similar result. This new SB Dunk Low features quite a bit more orange, and the Black Packs had no white whatsoever, but these somewhat ‘Flash’-like joints are a blast from the past with their fat padded tongues. While the tongue situation simply rights what many considered to be a wrong, the use of piping on the rear quarter/heel section is unprecedented and makes you curious what other little modifications could be offered on the Dunk Low SB silhouette. Set to release stateside shortly, this pair is already out at Japan’s LTD Online.

The beginning of the Fall signifies the start of the hiking season, which means outdoor apparel outfitters start getting busier and busier. Hiking – an ever-growing sport/hobby in America – requires particular footwear like any other sport specialty sport does, and choosing the wrong pair for your feet could result in serious injury. Hiking shoes/boots usually feature deeper traction and a wider outsole for better stability and balance as well as higher ankle cut for support. This sample of the Nike Air Chukka Boot features all the aforementioned design cues – a higher cut and an aggressive outsole design – as well a stabilizing in-step strap and a solid heel-cup to prevent slip. The overall silhouette is similar to the Nike ACG Chisulo Boot that released last year, but doesn’t feature visible Air. These are a sample pair, so a release is still unconfirmed, but stick with Sneaker News for more info. You can still pick up this size 9 pair from lacedheat on eBay.

If you caught the first two Sneaker News features of the vintage Air Jordan Gear, it would be understandable for you to rummage through your attic to find your own pieces of vintage gems. If you remember having one of these old-school joints stuffed somewhere in-between the old starter jackets and Kris-Kross tees in a box upstairs, it’s time to take a look! Actually, save yourself the energy and the clean-up time by checking out Part 3 of the Vintage Air Jordan Gear Showcase; this time we focus on Air Jordan warm-ups, jackets, and tees that may not have a colorway affiliation like the first two ‘Bred’ and ‘Grape’ designations, but this collection is sweet nonetheless. From Jordan x Flight x Nike graphics to an interesting collection of short-sleeved polyester warm-ups, this third installment of vintage threads won’t disappoint. Continue reading for a great gallery of Air Jordan gear and let us know which piece is worthy of a “retro”. via Flattophitop.

Dwyane Wade and Alonzo Mourning held a press conference for their upcoming Summer Groove Weekend that is set to take place in Miami this upcoming weekend from July 14th through July 18th. D.Wade who is fresh off of inking a new contract with the Heat along with his friends and fellow NBA All-Star’s Chris Bosh and LeBron James was seen rocking a casual outfit complete with a pair of Air Jordan 1 Phat Low’s in White and Blue. While these may have never made it over to the US, they sure seem to have made their way onto the feet of D.Wade who is of course one of Jordan Brand’s biggest and brightest athletes; membership certainly has it’s privileges.

Here’s another look at the upcoming Nike Air 1/2 Cent Eggplant if you haven’t memorized these front to back yet. The Eggplant colorway made its way on some non-Foamposite shoes like the Nike Air Max 24/7 and the Nike Shox R4, but many can agree that the Eggplant colorway works just fine with the 1/2 Cent because it keeps it within the Foamposite Family. Contrary to the images seen on Sunday’s Sneaker News preview of the shoe, these new batch of detailed images show the bottom sole to be less blue and more “icy”. Check the gallery out for yourself and let us know if you’d prefer a “blueish” tone or a clear “ice” sole. via taobao.

LeBron James’ Nike Zoom Soldier line was built for the warriors who give 110% on the court night in and night out, as the the shoe has become a favorite of many college teams as well as some NBA players. This colorway of the Nike Zoom Soldier IV features a mix of white, black, red, and gold – a seemingly good fit for a Cavs uniform – but will go just well with a Miami heat jersey. Another look at the details of the Zoom Soldier IV and you’ll see the word WITNESS printed boldly on the heel. We know the city of Cleveland wants nothing to do with the word but with LeBron now joining a super-team in Florida, we have yet to witness the best. Continue reading for an extra look and expect these to drop in stores sometime soon, as they’ve already dropped in Nikestore UK. via Dunk.

The other day Sneaker News reported a new military-esque colorway of the Nike Air Footscape that featured a mix of beige, olive green, and dark navy tones. This new colorway features a “reverse” colorblocking of similar tones, using a dark navy blue on the upper with a green doe and heel bumper. Marked for its unique lacing structure that falls to the lateral side of the shoe, the Nike Air Footscape is still a Nike Sportswear classic and these new colorways surely don’t hurt. Last December Sneaker News showed you a white pair of the Nike Air Max 95 that featured a faux croc-skin on the upper muscle-fibers of the shoe. Although that pair wasn’t completely white (it had some color-blocking of grey and black), this newly released pair of the Nike Air Max 95 features an all-black colorway without zero room available for other colors. The mesh, Air Unit, faux-croc, inner lining are all black – similar to an Air Max 95 release from a decade ago minus a white Air Unit. If all-black is up your alley, grab this pair now from Schuh-You.
