The Jordan Jumpman Pro Strong – long regarded as one of the greatest non-Legacy Air Jordan releases in the brand’s history – came back to us in mid-June, with many older Jordan-heads welcoming it with open arms. The Vin Baker colorway of Black, Pine Green, and White was a welcome touch but check out this new colorway that recently hit stores; featuring an all-black colorway, the mix of patent leather on the mudguard and satiny material on the upper leaves nothing else to be desired. This ‘Black Cat’ Jumpman Pro Strong just hit Finishline for kids, but you can grab the pair for the adults on eBay.

Earlier this month we gave you a sneak peek at the Nike Zoom Soldier IV in the Team USA Basketball colorway; it features the classic red-white-and-blue colorway with a pixelated graphic on the toe, mudguard, and all the way back to the heel with a dark obsidian Flywire-infused in-step strap. Unfortunately, you won’t see LeBron James sporting these during the 2010 FIBA World Championships because he’ll be wearing some top-siders or house-slippers instead. LeBron has ruled himself out of the playing for Team USA, as did his two new teammates Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. Apparently the spirit of competition holds no value, but at least we get a great colorway on a nice basketball shoe. Check out the extra details after the jump and let us know what you think about LeBron not participating this summer. via LTD-Online.

Will Derek Jeter be a Yankee next year? His contract is set to end this offseason, but it’s hard to imagine the NYY captain crossing the 3,000 hit mark early next season while wearing anything other than pinstripes. No matter how the contract negotiations play out or how the postseason resolves itself, this’ll be a memorable year for Jeter, who’s seen his Jordan Brand signature released in a bunch of colorways and more prominently than in all previous years combined. Here’s a new Air Jordan Jeter Throwback that might remind you of another pair that released not too long back, but look closely and you’ll notice something totally new about these: an icy translucent outsole. You gotta wonder how the clear bottoms would age if you were actually out on the sandlot, but these are available at House of Hoops so grab a pair and find out for yourself!

Yesterday Sneaker News showed you two samples of the Nike Air Max 1 ACG Pack – one in Brown/Black and another in Dark Royal/Varsity Royal. Both pairs of the Air Max 1 ACG featured the unmistakable ACG Triangle logo on the heel and a new tongue label, and it looks like the two pairs will be joined by another two. Check out all of the colorways of the Nike Air Max 1 ACG Pack; in addition to the Brown and Blue from yesterday, another Black/Green/Red/White and Purple/Red/Navy/Pink will also be released as part of this pack. Release Dates haven’t been confirmed but stick with Sneaker News for more info, and be sure to take a look at all four colorways after the jump. via CJY.

Several Nike Sweet Classics have shown up of late, many of which celebrated Lance Armstrong’s final Tour de France with LIVESTRONG collaborations. These two new pairs of Sweet Classic Highs are straight-up Nike Sportswear, but that doesn’t mean they’re without their own special designation. The ‘Textile Pack’ includes a ‘WS’-script tongue tag that showed up on a trio of Air Force IIs earlier this month, and while nobody seems to know what that stands for, two different shades of grey for cotton jersey-like uppers makes for two dope designs. Check out photos of both pairs after the jump and grab one or both from FinishLine or get the light grey/black joints now on eBay.

Here’s a look at a recently designed Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke by a gentleman who clearly knows the meaning of ‘high contrast’. Not only do Wesley Brown’s one-of-one AF1s manage to have every shade seemingly exploding off of a white base, but he’s been able to bring together two diametrically opposed design themes for one dope Bespoke. It probably didn’t take looking at the dubraes on these joints to realize the colorway is inspired by the Phoenix Suns, but to mix that with the Air Jordan III’s Elephant print only serves as a reminder of how MJ and company vanquished Sir Charles and the Suns back in ’93. All of that history and a bangin’ colorway makes for one of the best Bespokes we’ve seen and makes us wonder if some genius out there could somehow blend the Lakers and Celtics in one cohesive design. If you’ve got what it takes, muse and monetarily speaking, head over to 21 Mercer St. in NYC to craft your own pair at the Nike Sportswear flagship store.

The Reebok Alien Stomper debuted in the 1986 Aliens sequel, so it’s fitting to see them pop up here with a sci-fi theme of their own. The Visual Countermeasures Project was created in response to the growing number of CCTVs covering the UK’s city streets and businesses, with this hanon x Reebok Stomper offering a ‘blank’ 3M Scotchlite upper to reflect the possibly bleak future of such a surveillance society. We showed you these back in February along with word of a super-limited 60 pair run, but they’ve popped up at Japanese sneaker specialists atmos, so stick with Sneaker News for word on a possible stateside release.

Last month, John Isner and Nicholas Mahut gave the world of tennis sports something to talk about for a very long time. Isner and Mahut’s five-set match lasted an astounding eleven hours – more than seven of those hours making up the fifth and final set – and set the record for the longest tennis match in history. Speaking of classic tennis, check out these three new colorways of the Nike Tennis Classic AC ND in three colorways; white/red, grey/blue, and grey/green have just dropped at Nikestore. Isner and Mahut may have played more tennis in one match than most of us have played in our entire lives, but you can at least look the part! Head to Nikestore now to pick up a pair.
