This spring and summer have been marked by a welcome increase in two-toned Nike Air Force 1 Lows, and here’s a new look for ladies that keeps the dual-color look but adds a bit of complexity. With these new WMNS AF1s, the only two colors you’ll read on the box are white and the new-for-2010 Victory Green shade, but that’s not quite enough to tell the entire story. On the underlay sections, you’ll find a woven pattern that brings these two shades together for a nice blend, and you can see more shots by clicking the jump below. via Dunk.com.cn

Yesterday Sneaker News showed you a new colorway of the Air Jordan Alpha 1 Outdoor that featured Laser Blue on the upper with 3M. Here’s a look at a more toned-down colorway featuring just black and tones of grey. Much like the full-3M Air Jordan Alpha 1 that released earlier this year, this colorway featured all-black on the upper but with grey color-blocking on the swoosh and the Jumpman logo on the heel. These should also remind you of the Nike SB Dunk Mid Griptape that released the April of 2007. Continue reading for a gallery of images from Dunk and you can pick up a pair now on eBay.

We’re glad Bo Jackson’s still a big part of Nike Training today, but let’s look back at one of his classics – the Nike Air Trainer Max ’91. This shoe is indeed a Sneaker News favorite, as it was featured in our Classics Revisited segment, and this second retro of the grey/yellow colorway should be a real treat for Trainer fans. Last year’s retro of the Trainer SC was a big hit and we reckon the grey/yellow original colorway of the Max ’91 to be the same, although this time you’ll get a nubuck upper opposed to the thick durabuck upper that was used in the original. If you missed out on the retro from half a decade ago, here’s your chance again: These are set to drop in August but already popped up in some shops like Premier, so don’t sleep!

If you caught the All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game on Monday, you might’ve seen Bo Jackson wearing the Nike Trainer 1.2 Mid in a bright two-tone blue colorway. That pair is part of a special collection of the Nike Trainer 1.2 Mid, paying homage to five legends of the game of baseball. Along with Bo Jackson is legendary 3rd-baseman Mike Schmidt, Mr. No-Hitter himself Nolan Ryan, “The Kid” Ken Griffey Jr., and currently active but HOF-bound Cardinals slugger Albert Pujols. Each colorway of the Trainer 1.2 Mid matches each player’s respective team uniform colors.
Sneaker News first showed you Griffey’s “600″ logo with his trademark backwards cap, and each respective player has his own personalized logo as well. On Nolan Ryan’s pair, you will see the Nolan Ryan Express train with the 5/1/91 date – the day he threw his seventh no-hitter – printed above. Bo Jackson’s logo features “448″, a tribute to Bo’s mammoth 448-foot home-run off Rick Reuschel in the first inning of the ’89 MLB All-Star Game. Mike Schmidt’s logo is designed with his jersey number (20) while using the Phillies’ ’80′s logo as an inspiration. And finally, Albert Pujols’ logo labels Pujols “The Machine” for his inhuman production at the plate. The entire Legends Pack – minus the Schmidt colorway – just dropped at Eastbay and have also been spotted at some Niketown locations, so don’t miss out on this special “Legends Pack” of the Nike Trainer 1.2 Mid.

Supra made a big splash a year ago, offering up an alternative style to the everyday skate shoe with the super-high tongues and ankle cuts. The upcoming Fall 2010 Collection isn’t too shabby either, as we get a look at the remaining colorways of the collection in this great preview. Some of the usual suspects return – Society, Skytop I & II – as well as the EE Avenger (this time in Cool Grey!). We also get a few more colorways of the Skytop I & II in the TUF Crackle material. Continue reading for a look at the upcoming Fall 2010 releases and let us know which low or mid you would rock. via HS.

This past Monday, Sneaker News was the first to show you the Air Jordan VII (7) Olympic ‘For The Love Of The Game’, a quickstrike/limited released headed for an August 7th release. These have randomly popped up in one overseas shop and it has yet to be determined where else these will release. It’s been six years since the original release of the Air Jordan VII (7) Olympic colorway, and the updated version with the golden bask-heart-ball logo on the heel should be a popular item come early next month. Truth be told, the ’92 joints aka the Olympic VII wasn’t an instant sell-out the first time around but we’re sure that won’t be the same once these hit stores. Check out the new images of the For The Love Of The Game VII and let us know if these are an easy “yes” for you. via kickslab.

Here’s a look at a Nike SB Dunk Low that first popped up in previews nearly four years ago, but somehow never saw the light of day. Dubbed ‘Neon J-Pack’ for its colorblocking identical to the 2005 black and royal blue pair that itself was inspired by the immortal Air Jordan 1, it looks like these Neon J Pack Dunk SBs are gonna finally make it to retail. These joints are rumored for a Quickstrike release during the Spring 2011 season that’s already chock full of heat, so stick with Sneaker News for updates on these and all Nike SB release dates. via N-SB.org

Black, red and white has been a basketball shoe staple since Michael Jordan took athletic footwear to new heights and now that we know that these’ll match his Miami Heat uniforms even better than the forced mix with Cleveland’s crimson jerseys, here’s another look at the ‘main’ colorway of the Nike Air Max LeBron VIII. The eighth LeBron James signature from Nike tells you as much when you read the inside of the tongue tag, which is a nice detail, but you’ll probably be drawn toward the Flywire-embedded carbon fiber sections, speckled midsole and 360-degree cageless Max Air cushion. Check out more shots after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for updates on all LeBron James shoes. via in52

We’ve seen plenty of Nike Dunks with polka dots and other circular patterns, but here’s one of the most unique applications of the spotted technique. A Premium-level release of the ’08 shape revision that’s just for ladies, these new Dunk Highs are done entirely in supple black leather with white on the midsole, laces and tongue tag. That itself would be a nice, if simple, way to keep up with the current trend toward simplicity, but the huge dots that add shine and almost look like they’re somehow adding a tumbled effect to the leather, are the real attraction here. Check out more shots after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for updates on a stateside release, as they’re available now from Japan’s mita sneakers.

Yankees Captain Derek Jeter is one of a very small group of Major Leaguers that has a signature shoe, and deserving he is, indeed. We already saw a few colorways of the Jordan Jeter Throwback release – black/white, grey/white, and of course the Jordan Jeter Throwback Defining Moments – so it was about time we got one taken after the Yankees Home uniforms in white and navy blue. Check out the New York Yankees Home colorway of the Jeter Throwback, featuring navy blue on the upper with a while midsole and trim. Derek Jeter is in his last year of his contract…will we see him in pinstripes again next season? via LTD-online.
