In its inaugural year, the World Basketball Festival in New York City is certainly setting the bar high; with special performances by the greatest rapper of our generation, to stunning displays of the most historic basketball shoes to ever see light, the World Basketball Festival is truly a worldwide celebration rejoicing in the name of the sport as well as the accompanying passion for sneakers. At the epicenter of the mammoth sneaker presentation was the born-in-’82 Nike Air Force 1, and just yesterday Sneaker News gave you a sneak peak at the a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration with a certain individual born in ’69 – the one-and-only Jay-Z.
The Jay-Z x Nike Air Force 1 ‘All Black Everything’ WBF Pack features the five participating countries – USA, Puerto Rico, China, Brazil, and France – in astounding material selections and of course the unforgettable All-Black-Everything tonal-black colorway. Despite sharing the color combination, each pair possesses its own unique identity with the use of contrasting materials – nubuck, pony hair, patent leather, and more – as well as a special insole and bottom sole. Each of the five pairs just went live on eBay, and all of the finalized proceeds will go to the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation. i think yall trippin and expecting WAY too much from a all black shoe. as if these weregoacange the game lol these are made and designed pretty well considering its a monotone colorway. and i called it on the details of the shoes, wll at leat the usa ones. (go check my last post). the only pair i dont like are the brasil ones, really dont like the patent leather, but all the other pairs look solid, just not for the prices they will go for. THATS the OD part, but not the designs.

I want an all white pair and maybe not a Jay-Z collaboration. This exact shoe but white would be awesome but he’s not gonna do a white pair. Jay-Z is a racist and white people just love him. What’s up with that?

after a nights rest. i think everypair is great. they used one color yet every shoe seems so different. they did it right. perfect even. these are high class nikes. top notch work and production. Will definitely be a coveted item once HOV leaves this world. hopefully he retires before then (crude humor) seriously he is like the brett favre of rap.

Ok shu pimp you aint bidding on anything. I doubt you would pay $2000 for a pair air force 1. The only ones bidding on those air force 1s' are celebs mostly in the hip hop game that can drop to grand like nothing. The average person working a 9 to 5 would probably never even consider paying 2grand for a pair of sneaks. Shupimp stopping acting like your actually going to bid on them when you know you probably have a hard time buying a regular pair of air force 1s.
