The recent EA Sports x Nike Trainer 1.2 collaboration featured the two upcoming EA Sports football simulation games as well as two big-name pro-athletes in Drew Brees and Tim Tebow. Both colorways flew off the shelves upon release and those who were fortunate enough to get their hands on a pair were very much pleased with the attention to detail allotted to each shoe. Here’s a look at a special EA Sports x Nike packaging that features the covers of the upcoming EA Sports franchise video games; Superbowl MVP Drew Brees and Heisman winner Tim Tebow were selected as the coverboys of the videogames and now you can see them on this limited edition packaging. The boxes are not a conventional Nike shoe-box but rather a slide-out construction – think half a Jordan CDP box. This commemorative packaging was not included in the regular release but were given to friends and family of Nike, but this is one extravagance that everyone would love to see. Check out the extra shots of the special packaging as well as the shoes after the jump and let us know which box – or game – is MVP!
