2010 thus far was filled to the brim with Air Jordan Retro releases; the Air Jordan VI and Air Jordan IX saw seven separate releases each, and we’re not even counting the kids colorways. Even yesterday, Sneaker News broke the news about the Air Jordan II ‘Candy Pack’ slated for a release later this year. It was time to step aside and take in Retro influx, but it looks like Jordan Brand isn’t done yet; a rumored re-release of the Air Jordan XIII (13) ‘Altitude’ is expected to drop sometime during the Holiday season. The Altitudes dropped in February of 2005, which makes the re-release of a somewhat recent shoe questionable considering the number of Air Jordan XIIIs that have yet to see a second at-bat.
Also rumored for a Summer 2011 release is the Air Jordan III (3) True Blue and the Air Jordan VII (7) Cardinal. The Cardinal was even more recent than the Altitudes, releasing just four years ago in the summer of 2006 alongside the “Flint” VII. The True Blue III did indeed release just last year as an Asia-only release, but this is one re-release we can wholly agree on as a stateside drop-date seems probable. Also confirmed for Summer 2011 is the Air Jordan VII Bordeaux which has been pushed back to from its original early 2011 ETA. With all these releases in the books, Jordan Brand is taking a completely relentless approach with the Retros, giving Jordan-heads almost no time to make decisions. Will you cop them all? I'm probably the only person that doesn't feel the Altitude's but I missed out on the Cardinal's and want the Bordeaux and True Blues so I'm not complaining. JB is gonna drop everything and then a few years later want be able to make any money.

out of all those mentioned, id probably only end up getting the bordeauxs. Id rather buy the cement 3's over the true blues, but i wouldnt mind settling for those.
then there is also the red and black 13's coming out, which are loads better than those altitudes.

JB is killing the legacy of its sneakers. there is a reason why the altitidues were limited. there is a reason why the bordeauxs were held back for so long. JB is running out of ideas so it has to depend on its past successes. the bordeauxs are the only real shoe that still have og status and prestige. the other models are devalued and degraded. IF JB IS GONNA RETRO AT LEAST MAKE THEM THE SAME WAY NOT WITH AN UGLY JUMPMAN. RETROS ARE HORRIBLE, and if they come to SBs, many people will quit the game.

WAIT. One of these Jordan VII's must be a fake. Compare the leather pattern on the sides of both the Cardinals and Bordeaux's. Maybe these are just stock photos. But something is off.

I have a pair of Cardinal’s soooo I’ll pass on those. I mean it would be nice to get a new pair but I rather drop money on those Olympic 7. Other than that…. Give me uuuummmm…. Let me see… Cool Greys, wht/red 13th’s, wht/cement 3′s, True Blue 3′s, and last but not least and can’t wait for BORDEADUX. Until then all we could do it’s just wait and have JB confirm the dates.

Here's the deal fellas… someone asked me the other day if Nike would ever retro Kobes. I said "No" unless Kobe branches off and creates the Kobe Brand. My point… to those who trash JB for retros… eat a dick. The creation of JB made retros possible. My first pair of J's were the '88 3s. I missed out on Bordeaux's in '92 cus I bought the OG Raptors. Boy am I glad Bordeaux's are droppin again despite the 18 year wait!!!
