The recently released Nike Air Force 1 Foamposite combined the classic basketball shoe with the mid-90’s technology. The result? A visibly identical yet structurally different hybrid shoe – it looked like an Air Force 1 High but sure did not feel like one. Sneaker customizer Emmanuelabor took it a step further by altering the Air Force 1 both structurally and visually, as the upper construction of his Eggplant Foamposite x Nike Air Force 1 Low features the wavy lines and deep grooves found on the Nike Air Foamposite. The toe-box and lace placket are constructed with suede and the heel tab is made of leather. Truly the first of its kind, the Eggplant Foamposite x Nike Air Force 1 Custom was no easy task, so take a look at the gallery after the jump and let us know if you’d cop this interesting project if they end up releasing.
