If it’s going to be given the Vintage treatment, might as well slap it on one of its oldest shoes. The Nike Blazer is THE original Nike Basketball shoe, born in 1972 and still going strong 38 years later. The suede joints actually released a year later but the silhouette with the fattened swoosh is considered to be the OG of OGs. Here’s another look at two Nike Blazer Quickstrike releases given the Vintage application; the Gold Dart and Blue Grey colorway feature white swooshes and midsoles with aged colorization on the midsole and a sheer white layer on the tongue.
