Li Ning Yu Shuai IV Jose Calderon PE

If Li-Ning wants to grow in the states, it’s definitely taking the right steps. After introducing Baron Davis (who, by the way, got nominated for an Emmy Award – true story) and signing Evan Turner to signature shoe endorsement deal, Li-Ning definitely put themselves on the map. With Jose Calderon on that team, Li-Ning can spread its wings further to Europe as well. Here’s a look at a Jose Calderon Player Exclusive colorway of the Li-Ning Yu Shuai IV in a white/red/black colorway; you can see Calderon’s jersey number ’8′ stitched on the upper as well as his PE logo on the tongue. The spider-like tribalesque graphic of the basketball can be seen on the heel of the shoe as well as on the Li-Ning Yu Shuai V that released in Asia. Take a look at the detailed shots after the jump and let us know what you think of the design. via US10.

Asics GEL Noosa Tri 6 Collection

In a Grand Opening matched by very few, the Asics GEL Noosa Tri-6 will make its American debut later this year around the new year with colorways matching the brightly colored confetti and neon lights from Times Square. The Asics GEL Noosa Tri-6 was originally designed for triathlon competitors in Australia, and the design graphics on the upper of the first colorways features a number of tributes to the continent, with depictions of the local flora and fauna. One colorway drops for each the men and the women, but those who are familiar with the Asics GEL Noosa will recognize that this boisterous colorway isn’t something new for this particular lineage of runners, as many of the Asics GEL Noosa releases have been equally eye-catching. Take a look at the detailed images after the jump and expect the Asics Gel Noosa Tri-6 Collection to hit selects Asics retailers like EastBay early next year.

adidas Forum Mid Remodel White Yellow Grey

It is wise to leave a classic unchanged but at times a refresher could be used. Here’s a look at the adidas Forum Mid Remodel, which features the brand’s historic basketball silhouette revamped and given a SLVR-like modern boost of energy. The upper features slight tweaking here and there, with a sleeker midsole and finer lines on the upper. Remaining is the the classic strap as well as the ‘x’ upper panel on the rear that acts as a harness for the strap as well as a heel stabilizer. The adidas Forum Mid Remodel doesn’t forget its roots and still maintains the soul of the Forum Mid, so take a look at this new white, yellow, and grey colorway after the jump because these just released at Schuh-You.

Converse The Procession

Before there was Penny, LeBron, Kobe, and even Michael Jordan, there was Julius Erving and his body-bending, arm-twisting, joint-stretching aerial dunks, and we all remember his Converse digs as well. Converse now presents ‘The Procession’, a ritualistic formation celebrating the basketball classic with Dr. J as well as other notable curators of the sport, like streetball legend God Shammgod, Puerto Rican point-guard Carlos Arroyo, and celebrity baller Jim Jones, honoring the persevering classic and reintroducing the Converse Star Player Evo to the current generation of basketball alongside other notable Converse athletes, like Kenny Anderson and Sammy Baca of Converse Skate. The minute-long video, directed by Antoine Fuqua, will debut on Sunday in prime-time networks such as Fox, BET, TNT, and others, so check out the gallery of images as well as the complete video after the jump and let us know what you think.

Nike WMNS Lunarstorm Triple Black

The Nike ACG Woodside Boot proved that it is indeed possible for a duck boot to look cool.  Out for about a year now, the Woodside has already spawned a revised model, the Nike Lunarstorm.  As its name would imply, this Woodside part deux goes with a LunarLon sole for lightweight, responsive cushioning.  The Lunarstorm pictured above is a ladies-only release, and these achieve a supremely feminine feel thanks to a furry sockliner that matches the rest of this all-black everything colorway.  Check out more shots after the jump and look for these at US Nike Sportswear retailers soon; Chapter Express in Japan just got theirs.

Nike ACG Air Wildwood LE Black Olive Orange | October 2010

Recently the Nike ACG Air Wildwood was the latest classic to receive the Lunar-cushioned treatment, but for those who prefer the original, more colorways are on the way! Here’s a look at an October 2010 release of the Nike ACG Air Wildwood LE in a black/olive/orange colorway; the color combo screams “hunting gear” as the trio of colors is usually seen in forest camouflage garments. The black upper toe and center panel features small perforations and the inner orange lining is made of breathable mesh. This latest colorway on this timeless will hit Nike Sportswear retailers next month so take another look after the jump. via apollo.

Nike Air 1/2 Cent Cranberry | Available Early on eBay

Undeniably one of Nike’s most popular and successful hybrids to date, the Nike Air 1/2 Cent was one of Sneaker News’ Top 30 Sneakers of 2009, and this upcoming ‘Cranberry‘ colorway should make a push for making it onto your personal best-of list of 2010. The metallic red upper had never been used on Foamposite until now, so not only is this upcoming colorway of the Air 1/2 Cent special in that aspect, but this colorway could be a sign of things to come – perhaps a Cranberry Foamposite One/Pro. These are set to drop on December 18th in a jam-packed month that already includes the Air Jordan XI Cool Grey and Air Jordan 1 Armor, but you can get your hands on a pair right now and be the talk of your local circles buy snagging a pair from chrome-knight on eBay.

Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Wings Full 3M | Available

A model so popular it’s already spawned a sequel, the Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals JS Wings is back in a brand new colorway.  The JS Wings 2.0 has shown up in white/black and marbled white, evoking Goodyear and the Greek god Mercury from whom they borrowed their logo, respectively, but now Mr. Scott takes a page from Nike/Jordan Brand’s book.  The JS Wings pictured above is entirely constructed in reflective 3M material, which means that these are even more eye-catching than your typical Jeremy Scott kicks (if that’s even possible).  Check out more shots after the jump and grab the 3M reflective JS Wings from TGWO.
