Nike Air Max 90 Premium Grove Green Matte Silver | Available

The original configuration of the Nike Air Max 90 features durable suede on the upper, breathable suede on the toe and an easy-to-clean leather mudguard.  This recipe has worked well for years, but here’s a new pair of AM90s that offers bizarro construction.  With a nubuck mudguard and leather everywhere else, these Nineties are clearly crafted for the streets, and in the fashion sense, not so much for running.  But they excel in the style department, with a Grove Green and Matte Silver mix bound to look fresh no matter the arrangement of materials or colorblocking.  Check out a bunch of new images after the jump and if you like what you see, grab these from a Nike Sportswear retailer like Caliroots.

Nike Air Force 1 Low Black Tec Tuff Pack

Two of the biggest sneaker-head pet peeves has got to be 1) creasing and 2) scuffs. Although the degradation of sneaker is inevitable, we sneakerheads try our best to prolong the freshness of our kicks. With the Nike Air Force 1 Low Tec Tuff Pack, half of that battle has gotten a lot easier for us; Sneaker News first gave you a look at the Tec Tuff Pack in early August, with four tonal colorways part of the collection with a rugged material as the spotlight. The toe-guard, heel, swoosh, and lace placket features this material while the midsole is constructed with another material that should be able to withstand scuffing and scratches. The tonal-black colorway just dropped over at Finishline so take another look after the jump and head there to cop your pair.

Moon to Lunar + GYAKUSOU Party @ Stadium Milano

Milan, Italy is the site for one of six Nike Stadiums, and Stadium Milano recently played host to a pair party commemorating a pair of Swoosh collections.  The Moon to Lunar showcase used astronaut imagery to accent its LunarLon equipped offerings like the Nike ACG LunarPath ETW and the upcoming LunarGlide 2+.  Elsewhere on the running side of things, UNDERCOVER’s Jun Takahashi was seen jogging en route to the unveiling of his GYAKUSOU capsule and a whole bunch of people were enjoying food and drink throughout.  Check out more shots by clicking the jump below and let us know how this compares to the release parties you’ve attended.  via Unotre

Nike SB Zoom P Rod IV (4) Gorge Green Black

While a comparison of who’s had the best career is apples-to-oranges, it’s undoubtable that Paul Rodriguez has some things in common with Kobe Bryant.  Both are at the top of their game and based in the City of Angels and now it seems P-Rod’s Nike SB signatures are releasing as often as Kobe’s kicks.  The latest Nike SB Zoom P-Rod 4 goes with a colorway reminiscent of his family’s heritage, with a green suede upper offering red and white accents a la the Mexican flag.  The green on these kicks is super-lush and gives the tree-like P-Rod IV logo a new foresty twist.  Check out more shots after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for word on the impending release of the Gorge Green P-Rod 4s.  via Kasina

Nike 6.0 Dunk SE Holiday 2010 Colorways

Nike’s Action Sports wing just dropped two new colorways of the auto-claved Nike Dunk that originally debuted earlier this year. The Black pair features a synthetic leather upper with a gum auto-claved midsole and a gradient color scheme on the inner lining, while the second pair features a neutral grey upper fashioned by a corduroy-like material. The Nike 6.0 Dunk SE is the perfect shoe for lovers of the Dunk who also prefer the comfy auto-claved midsole, and the slightly fattened tongue adds enough comfort (and visual appeal) as well. Check out the detailed shots after the jump and pick up either pair now at Nikestore.

Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier IV (4) Black | Available for Pre order

It would be easy to connect the all-black colorways of Nike LeBrons to James’ acquaintanceship with Jay-Z, but there really is no correlation between the two – although this soon-to-release colorway of the Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier IV does represent the all-black-everything to a tee. Based on the materials, this shoe doesn’t look much different from the Jay-Z x Nike Air Force 1 WBF ‘Puerto Rico’ that also featured both full-grain and perforated leather. If the all-black motif is one you prefer, take a look at a the detailed gallery of the all-black Zoom Soldier IV and pre-order your pair now from EastBay.

Air Jordan/Nike Basketball PE Display @ House of Hoops Chicago

Before the first store opened on 125th St. in Harlem, ‘House of Hoops’ was just a series of Foot Locker commercials featuring This Old House star Norm Abram.  But when the first HOH cut the tape in 2007, sneakerheads finally started getting a chance at Player Exclusive sneakers that’d previously been next to impossible to cop.  Currently inside the Chicago House of Hoops, you’ll find a new PE wall, displaying nearly 20 of the NBA’s best via their personalized kicks.  The range runs from certified superstars like Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade, all the way through to J.R. Smith’s Nike Air Max A Lot and Tayshaun Prince’s Shox Vision.  Check out photos of the Chicago HOH PE wall after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for the latest NBA player exclusives.  via MN

BenG x Nike SB Blazer High White Black Yellow

Nearly two years back, the Made for Skate book launched with help from a Nike SB Blazer High collaboration.  These new SB Blazers are also Holland-related and feature blue and yellow, but the result is entirely different.  Amsterdam skate shop BenG designed this Blazer SB High, flipping the Made for Skate script and using blue and yellow for select accent hits.  The base, then, is constructed in white leather, which looks super clean underneath black Swooshes.  The BenG logo is on the heel tab and you can see more shots of these by clicking the jump below.  They should be out soon, with Korean retailer Kasina already selling theirs.

Nike Air Max LeBron VIII (8) Black Sport Red Metallic Gold | Sample

You might be telling yourself “We saw this colorway already!”. What you see here is actually a sample pair of the Black, Sport Red, White, and Metallic Gold colorway of the Nike Air Max LeBron VIII that is currently scheduled for a release at Nike Basketball retailers like Foot Locker. There a few minor differences between this pair and the Black/Varsity Red colorway we’ve been showing you, so let’s start from the top; the borders of the Flywire panel are red, the ‘figure-8′ lace eyelet is gold, the midsole does not feature speckling, the swoosh border is black, and the most obvious telltale sign that this is indeed an older issue is the ‘L23′ logo on the heel as well as the bottom sole, since LeBron changed his jersey number from Jordan’s ’23′ to Julius Erving’s ’6′. Sneaker News recently provided a number of release dates for the LeBron VIII and while the Black/Varsity Red colorway will still release on October 26th, there’s a chance that this version – with a few changes needing to be addressed – could released. Take a look at the gallery of images after the jump and let us know which pair – this sample or the releasing version – you prefer.
