His chief rival Rafael Nadal won three of 2010′s four major titles en route to a career Grand Slam, but Nike’s not counting out Roger Federer, and neither should you. The record 16-time Grand Slam singles winner is ranked third in the world for the first time in a good while, but he’ll have a chance to pad his legacy as perhaps the GOAT in the upcoming Nike Lunar Vapor Tour 8. Federer’s Vapor Tour series started with a Zoom Air cushion, but the name and sole changed in 2009 to LunarLite and this year’s model is updated with the newer LunarLon cushioning combo. Check out shots of three new heavily Flywired colorways and stick with Sneaker News for updates in advance of the Summer 2011 release. via CK
