Nike Basketball designer Leo Chang is the mind behind the Nike Hyperdunk 2010 and Zoom Hyperfuse. He must be a busy guy, cos Chang is also responsible for the Asia-Pacific takedown models for Kobe and LeBron. Just as the Dream Season series offers an affordable and durable alt-signature look for the hundreds of millions of outdoor ballers in China, the same is true for LeBron James’ Ambassador line.
With the Nike LeBron James Ambassador III, the series drops its ‘Zoom’ distinction, with these new pairs opting for a cushion comprised of Phylon with Max Air embedded in the heel. We’ve seen a couple signature LeBron colorways already, including the Summit Lake Hornets and the black/white/red pair that could serve as his ‘home’ kicks for either of his two NBA squads. Today, we have a new look at a Blackout Ambassador III, along with one for his high school alma mater, St. Vincent-St. Mary. Check out more shots by clicking the jump below and let us know which LeBron James Ambassador III is best so far. via LRJ23
