Let’s see here . . . early ’80s basketball hightops that have been released in countless colorways, modified to look something like a blue collar work boot. Sounds familiar, eh? Ever since the Nike Air Force 1 Workboot debuted early in 2010, we’ve seen a torrent of similarly rugged adaptations from other models and brands. One such imitation is the adidas Originals Forum Mid RS, a sneaker whose premium leather construction more than makes up for the fact that it’s not exactly a snowflake. The brown leather upper looks great atop a snow white sole, and with metal rivet eyelets leading up to the top where you find a boot-style hook, these joints are rugged enough for your winter work needs. Check out more shots after the jump and look for these at select adidas Originals retailers like Titolo.
