Not long ago up-and-coming hip-hop artist J. Cole was spotted with a pair of Air Jordan III CDPs during the EA Sports Triple Double Lounge Event. Over the weekend, J. Cole came out with a fresh pair of Jordans during the 2010 BET Hip Hop Awards, as Cole wore a crisp pair of the Air Jordan XI from the 2006 Defining Moments Package. Some may contest that J. Cole could’ve been wearing the Concords, but the traction pods on the bottom sole do look black instead of concord blue. J. IMO…Most of these young cats now a days are more focused on "swag" than their bars or puttin the right words together or comin up with a hook that isnt computer assisted or singer assisted. Anyway as for his style not swag, he rockin the Concords, kept it simple with a black tee and black jacket & jeans. Nothin over the top and to me it puts more focus on the kicks.

Let me break this down for you since I can sense you weren't good in school. To some you wear a pair of Jordans for big occassions. The Jordan XI is considered one of the greatest shoes MJ wore. Following kid. The irony that he has on the Defining moment Pack XI's on in his virtual "DEFINING MOMENT" is showing he thought about what he had on. I am not a chic so I can care less about his swagg Ok. He is a rapper not swagger rapper. Swagger rappers have no substance and prance around trying to impress other dudes like you. MJ was always #1 and on a big day you want to feel like the best some would choose to wear a pair of crispy Jay's. NEVER PIPPENS! Why you ask? Cause Pippen was #2 get it. I never seen a person get married, go to the prom or graduation in a pair of Pippens. Why? Because when you want to feel like the best you wear the best.
