Vans California 106 Vulcanized ‘Nappy Dugout’ Pack

We’ll leave you to Google “Ice Cube Death Certificate” for all the details, but it’s clear that the entertainer of all trades helped define this new pack of Vans.  The Vans California 106 Vulcanized ‘Nappy Dugout’ reappropriates the name from one of Cube’s 1991 songs and uses it in reference to the ultra-rough suede used on these 106s’ uppers.  Each pair’s foxing band matches the upper and metal eyelets provide a subtle contrast.  Choose from black/silver, mahogany/gold or sand/gold and look for them at select Vans California accounts as part of the Holiday 2010 collection.  via HS
