The Nike V-Series was a back-to-basics collection of the running shoes that emphasized the three pillars of comfort – cushioning, weightlessness, and stability. Each member of the V-Series – the Vengeance, Vector, and Vortex – will return once again the Spring 2011 in its original Air-cushioned suede-and-mesh constructions but also with Lunar technology. Here’s a look at the Lunar Racer Vengeance, LunarMax Vortex, and Lunar Venture; the Vengeance features the stitch-less upper with a speckled Lunar midsole and the Lunar Venture features a grooved Lunar sole, while the LunarMax Vortex features a visible Air unit embedded at the heel of the Lunar midsole. In a nutshell, the Lunar V-Series doesn’t toil around with the original philosophy behind the V-Series, but improves upon it with the latest tech. If Lunar is your thing or like to stick with OGs, both V-Series collections will be available during the Spring 2011 season, so take a look at the images after the jump and let us know what you think. via chajinyoung.
