When New Balance named DDCLAB co-owners Savania Davies-Keiller and Roberto Crivello as Lifestyle Creative Directors a couple years back, you knew there were going to be more collaborations on the way featuring DDC’s high-tech materials. We’ve seen everything from all-over reflective via embedded glass beads to shaded translucency, and this latest tag team effort utilizes the former for accents. The DDCLAB x New Balance MG580 and M574 are both done in mostly-grey colorways that both feature black accents. The 580s have just a touch of yellow to make them more obviously different, and it’s their shared use of the aforementioned reflective material that makes this pack noteworthy.
