It’s official. The Dark Neon Royal Foamposite One (commonly referred to as the ‘Penny’) is slated to release soon, with a early Spring 2011 release date in the states. 2010 was an incredibly solid year for the Foamposite, but 2011 might have it beat based on the strength of the Penny Foams alone. Of course, there are the Metallic Pewter Foamposite Ones to look forward to as well as the Electric Green Foamposite Pro, but the OG colorway of the hottest Retro basketball shoe at the moment is definitely the most coveted and worth doubling-up on. This is the shoe the Penny Hardaway himself went gaga over, and even at a fourth re-issue, these will fly off the shelves. The ppearls did not sell as predicted . i even was able to get a pair of 09 coppers looks like i may sell thoose just in case Im not able to come back from the kicks coming out in late 2010 easlr 2011

Damn i remember being in 7th grade when these originally dropped so mom dukes wasnt hearing that but when the pros dropped in 01-02 i believe i copped just bcuz i couldnt have the OG ones but in 04 i got my crack at a pair of the FP one and now i fortunate enuff to work in a footlocker so i will def be coppin another pair

the coppers are dope too, cant front…plus the metallic red are still up in the air on a release at all. the pics of them im sure youve seen online are just protypes so dont get your hopes up just yet on those.
