Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke by Yasu Saegusa

Sneaker News has been giving you an in-depth look at all the Air Force 1 Bespoke designs from the minds our Japanese sneakerhead brethren, as we detailed twelve Bespoke projects from Nike Harajuku’s four-day Bespoke weekend extravaganza, but here’s a look at one done by Yasu Saegusa over at Nike Sportswear at 21 Mercer in NYC. Possibly the “cleanest” Bespoke we’ve seen, Saegusa uses the white toe toe box construction for the aura of purity, and pairs it with ocean-like colorways in the aqua-blue suede center and the navy-blue reptilian print on the heel. The popular cork material is seen on the swoosh, with a camel perforated leather on the inner lining and a metallic gold heel strip. The milky-white midsole is also paired with a gum sole for that cocktail on the beach look. Take a look at Yasu Saegusa’s Air Force 1 Bespoke after the jump and let us know what you think.

Nike WMNS Royalty High Wineberry Black Leopard Print

A few years back Nike dropped a ‘beast’ of a pack which included the Air Max 1 and Air Max 95 in some unique colorways and materials fit for the wilderness. They did indeed sell pretty well, but we’ll just go ahead and say that leopard print should be reserved for the ladies, like this new colorway of the Nike WMNS Royalty High in a bright Wineberry colorway and a sexy leopard print on the heel, ankle, and toebox. This new release just proves that feline print just looks better on the ladies! Check out the gallery of images after the jump and let us know what you think. via Dunk.

Gourmet The 28 Black Holiday 2010

Nike Sportswear has a pack of Air Max 1s on the way with a crepe sole just like the immortal Clarks Originals Wallabee.  The rest of the AM1 Wallabee draws on the 87′s original silhouette, so we can’t help but wonder what would happen if you went in the opposite direction.  Probably something more or less exactly like the new Gourmet 28.  These joints offer a mid-high cut moccasin-toed suede chukka upper atop a cushion that clearly owes its entire existence to Max Air.  This first pair is a quintessentially ’2010′ shoe, with its hybrid design opting for an all-black everything palette so you can rock em anywhere (so long as it’s not with navy blue).  Check out more shots below and let us know how these rank compared to Gourmet’s other ‘The (Number)’ kicks.  via Dunk

Nike Air Max Light Neutral Grey Anthracite Purple

A couple years before every other dude’s shirt was done in a two-toned buffalo check, Nike’s Sport Culture Division (the predecessor to Nike Sportswear) issued an Air Max 1 with that look on the ankle collar.  Streetwear has cleaned up considerably in recent years, though, and as more elaborate plaids knocked buffalo looks out of retailers, we’ve seen less and less on sneakers.  Well here’s a new pair of Nike Air Max Lights that looks exactly like a super-fresh shirt from 2007, with a purple and orange buffalo plaid sockliner bringing together this otherwise grey and black pair’s two main accent shades.  Once you’re in em, this serves as just a hint of color on an otherwise subtle design, and they’ll make for nice punctuation to a variety of fits when you grab a pair from NSW retailers like Titolo.

Nike Air Max 24/7 Glass Blue | Available

Glass Blue is a popular shade on several Nike Sportswear silhouettes, and offers quite a bit of versatility for just a single shade.  We’ve seen an Air Max 90 Current Moire push it toward neon/electric with other bright accents, Dunks utilizing it with white and black for a Tiffany nod and now this stunning Nike Air Max 24/7, which takes its cues from the OG Air Max 95 colorways.  As such, Glass Blue is applied to the eyelets and Max Air cushion, but these are special with their use of an iridescent material on the reflective parts that gives off a Matrix-like liquid effect.  Click below to see more pics and grab these before they sell out at WestNYC or get yours now on eBay.

Air Jordan 7 Premio Bin 23 Collection | New Images

A big question mark began to swirl around the Air Jordan VII Look-See Sample the Sneaker News gave you an exclusive first look at. No branding whatsoever meant that this sample somehow slipped off the production lines, or that Jordan Brand had something bigger in store for us. Turns out the latter was true, because that no-logo sample was in fact the base layer for the Air Jordan VII Premio, which later revealed to have a West-African tribal-art motif on the heel. The colorway made all the more sense, and combined with the cultural graphics on the shoe, the Air Jordan VII Premio served as the perfect tribute to the original concept of the shoe. These have started to pop up overseas and a U.S. release date hasn’t been confirmed just yet, but you can get a hold of this size 10 pair from fandi_rd04 on eBay.

Nike LeBron 8 Black White Sport Red | Available

According to LeBron James’ Twitter feed, “[Tuesday was] Hater Day. Everyone please let them get their 2 mins of fame and light!”  Much has changed for King James since his decision to play with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh radically shifted the basketball landscape this summer, but one thing that’s constant: you can’t hate on a pair of Bred LeBrons.  The Nike Lebron VIII pictured above is something of a default colorway, adding black and white accents to a luxurious black base comprised of leather, nubuck and Flywire-embedded carbon fiber.  There are plenty of other editions on the way, but you can get the first before anyone else, no matter which side of the pond you’re on. Get them now from Euro-retailer Schuh-You, or here in the states, you can head over to WestNYC or cop your pair on eBay.

Air Jordan 2010 All Star Promo Sample

The Air Jordan 2010 25th Anniversary is set to release in November but long before a retail release was confirmed, Dwyane Wade wore this colorway as the lead representative of Jordan Brand during the 2010 NBA All-Star Game. While this isn’t the same version Wade wore – the leather lace placket states ‘JORDAN’ instead of ‘WADE‘ – this promo sample in size 13 shows some signs of wear – and this particular pair was presumably worn by MJ himself. Nonetheless, this gorgeous colorway is plenty of eye candy to look at, and lucky for us, we can cop a pair once these drop next month. You can catch this promo pair alongside other rare PEs and colorways on display over at SoleFly in Miami but for those not in the area, check out the gallery of images after the jump!

Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski Black Forest Black | Available

You better think twice before telling someone that you just got “those green Janoskis.”  Maybe even three times, cos that’s how many Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski colorways have been mostly green this year.  Following in the footsteps of Dark Army and Festive Green, the new Janoskis come in a deep emerald shade dubbed Forest Green.  Leather laces and piping are done in different tones to add some depth, but the suede is already so rich you could get lost staring at it.  Check out more shots when you click the jump below and look for these as part of the Nike SB November 2011 collection, on sale a bit early from Caliroots.

Nike Zoom Kobe VI (6) Black Grey Del Sol | New Images

There’s no denying an unspoken rivalry between Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. Both are regarded as two of the best ballplayers on the planet and it’s no surprise that their season match-ups garner a ton of publicity and ratings. This friendly competition may reach as far as their sneakers, with Team Kobe and Team LeBron trying to outdo each other in terms of design, tech, and most importantly, sales. While LeBron’s got the “luxury” part down pat, the Zoom Kobe has perfectly established itself as sleek and sexy. Less is more, and with the new sticky snake-skin upper, the Kobe VI is one temptation that will be hard to resist. This colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe VI is set to release in December 2010, so take another look at Kobe’s sixth shoe and stick with Sneaker News for more Nike Kobe information. via in52.
