The Nike Air Griffey Max 1 in Metallic Platinum was a summertime quickstrike release, giving Griffey fans another option in their AGM1 rotation. If you missed out on your chance to get those, it appears that these will release for a wider audience at nationwide retailers, like Eastbay. The Air Griffey Max 1 may very well be one of the best Retro releases of all time and Nike’s only shown us the tip of the iceberg, so don’t sleep on these releases because a niche collection’s a-brewin’. As stated before Eastbay will have these available later this month but is currently available now as a pre-order, so head there to reserve your pair.

Wow… the way these were done up is better than the old ones. Hopefully… it's not that hard to snag a size 6 for once.

They seem to look different than the ones released in the summer, can't put my finger on it though(pause). These were GRs in New York, didn't know they were that limited… I'm so grateful to be living in this city sometimes.

these look like a silver leather material, the first ones that dropped were like a foamposite material upper. so these are basically the cheap versions of the og's, i guess

Dammmit…..i went thru hell to find my pair in da summer now they gonna be avilable for everybody….jus when i thought i had sum LR heat now its gonna be GR damn you nike lol
