The size and shape of the last three Nike Zoom Kobe signature sneakers have been quite similar, so is the Nike Zoom Kobe 6 the most unique of the bunch? We’ve never seen a performance basketball shoe go for such an aggressive faux-snakeskin look, and while some have featured hits of the reptillian material for accents, none have gone the ZK6 route and embedded Flywire. Here’s a crisp new look at a colorway we’ve seen for several years now, the black-based and grey-accented ‘Del Sol’ palette that’s named for its signature shade of yellow. They don’t directly match the LA Lakers’ uniforms but these are one of the more wardrobe friendly kicks Kobe could still wear on-court, and they’ll be available at select Nike Basketball retailers including Eastbay starting December 26th.
