Li Ning F2 Arrives in the U.S.

There’s been a whole bunch of bad publicity in recent weeks directed toward airport security, and here’s a new promo from a foreign-based brand that’s geared toward the controversy.  Older heads or generally anyone who loves comedy will remember Donnell Rawlings from his supporting role on Chappelle’s Show, and Gerry Bednob is no comedic slouch himself.  These dudes take to giving a young chinese bro a hard time just because his Li-Nings are so fresh they can barely comprehend.  We also get a look at the eye-catching packaging for the upcoming Li-Ning F2 Liftoff, a ‘Foam Frame’d performance basketball sneaker that will retail for a mere $65.  Check out the video after the jump and stick with Sneaker News for updates on Li-Ning and all of the burgeoning brands in the international basketball sneaker explosion.

Good commercial. But the success of the shoe is questionable in an already flooded market.

that commercial was way too drawn-out. if they cut it down to 1 minute tops it'd have a better effect. too bad the kicks look busted.
