His Miami Heat have won five games in a row and in what would be the fifth year of the Zoom LeBron Soldier series, LeBron James will look to take on a new secondary shoe for the playoffs. A lighter weight version of the same shape thanks to its Flywire-infused synthetic upper, the Nike LeBron 8 V2 picks up where last year’s LeBron VII PS left off. But instead of switching from Max to Zoom Air like last year, these joints stick with a heel-to-toe Air bubble and offer unique colorblocking possibilities with the transparent upper. This white and Sport Red colorway would look good with the Heat’s home uniforms and you can get a better look at this early 2011 release after the jump, currently slated to release January 8th at Eastbay.

the LBJ 8 has grown on me a lot since the first appearance of them on SN. but what I really need is some help here because I need a certified person, aka knowledgable and conviencing sneakerhead (John K!!! and rest of SN staff) to let this dude know that his shoes are fakes. he just doesnt believe it, but its important cause we have money on this. Can't complain about something that just flat-out works. The flywire and the the plastic cover would seem like it does nothing spectacularly. The Hyperize was another issue. But just like the Power Balance bracelets, these flywire and the plastic just works great together on Nike sneakers. Doesn't work for everyone, but neither does skinny jeans. Say NO to skinny jeans!

yep.. just got in was able to check them out more. The tongue is grey… the lightest and most secure sneakers I own. Kobes are light but no security. did a full workout today in em and they felt great!
