Jay-Z’s a New York native but there hasn’t been a better time of the year to be out of his hometown than right now, because NYC is mired in a 30-degree frigid slump at the moment. Mr. and Mrs. Carter were out together enjoying some gorgeous t-shirt-and-shorts climate, which Jay-Z sporting the Air Jordan III Black/Cement from the Collezione Package of Holiday 2008. Jay-Z was last spotted on the New Jersey Nets courtside wearing Winterized Spiz’ike Boots, but clearly there was no need to keep his feet warm in that sunny and comfortable weather.
