The Sneaker Cake movement continues, this time with this elegantly molded birthday cake by Karin of Blue Sheep Bake Shop. Modeled after the Black/Varsity Red-White colorway of the Nike LeBron 8, Karin’s exacting cake-creating process resulted in one of the most detailed sneaker cakes we’ve ever seen. From the composite carbon fiber Flywire outriggers to the LeBron James lion logo on the tongue, and even the thick laces and stitched on the leather (edible, we promise) lace placket, we’re glad Blue Sheep Bake Shop “took their talents” to sneaker cakes because this statue-esque pastry was as delicious as it was stunning.
