A project that’s been limited to fall/winter drops in its two years to date, the Taka Hayashi x Vans Vault capsule will continue with this set of releases for spring 2011. The names of two new models pictured in this post have yet to be revealed, so we’ll start with the lowtop pair. It’s something akin to a saddle shoe shape, with monochromatic suede uppers adding the same triangular arrowhead perfs that marked Hayashi’s Vans Vault Akat releases, all atop a squishy crepe sole. The other model is more of a hightop and in these teaser pics we get a sense that its overall shape and construction is similar to the venerable Sk8-Hi.
