All-new for 2011 is the Nike SB Vulc Rod, Paul Rodriguez’ newest Nike SB sig with classic skate inspiration and a seemingly low-tech construction. Before Nike really got in the game with advanced tech and construction with its skate varieties, skate shoes were merely a simple assembly of durable fabric and thick vulc soles – which is what the Vulc-Rod achieves. The Nike SB V-Rod will also be for the masses, as it won’t be limited to Nike SB skateshops, but at mall retailers for easy pickin’s. Flatspot just got in the Black/Medium Grey colorway so check out the pictures after the jump and let us know if you prefer the more high-tech P-Rod styling or something more old-school like the V-Rod.
