While the star power of his supporting cast has clearly improved, one negative side effect of LeBron James leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers is that we’re not going to see King James rocking any blue kicks this year.  The Nike LeBron 8 V2 is pictured above in Midnight Navy and white, a palette that’d match most of the old Cavs uniforms and even more closely aligned with Bron’s favorite baseball team.  These have just the faintest hint of Yankee pinstripes on their Flywire-equipped tongue, but the more obvious spots are all done in tonal navy.  Are New Yorkers happy enough with Amar’e to end up grabbing these?  What about the rest of the country; how would you rank these versus the other LeBron 8 V2 colorways we’ve seen so far?  Click through to get a better look and stick with Sneaker News for updates in advance of the March 2011 release.  via in52
