Futura’s cover art for UNKLE’s 2004 Never, Never, Land carried over quite well to the Nike SB Dunk High Pro ‘UNKLE’, and such is the Dunkle’s lofty stature that it’s spawned a second degree. Courtesy of Soul4Street‘s sneaker customizing contest comes the Vans Slip-On with that familiar black/white/pink look as replicated by a guy who calls himself “‘Unkle'(User ID)”. They sport Futura’s instantly recognizable signature on the left heel but no matter the name, these are definitely one of the more intriguing customs we’ve seen of late. You’re more likely to see something like a Tiffany custom or maybe Supreme-style with Elephant print, but could you picture a De La Soul Authentic?
