It’s now pretty clear that Nike SB has plans to ‘retro’ its classic Nike SB Dunk colorways in different forms. Recently we showed you a high-top version of the SB Dunk Low ‘True Red’, and before that, Sneaker News confirmed a low version of the ‘Iron’. As all re-issues do, owners of the originals are left a bit peeved that there might be a cheaper alternative to the OG, causing slight decreases in market value of the shoes itself. Besides these ‘retros’, Nike SB has put a weighted effort into releasing simple colorways, like this Charcoal and Tar colorway of the Nike SB Dunk Mid. With a black midsole and gum outsole, these could’ve very well been an OG (before the colors got really crazy from 2005-2009). Flatspot has these January 2011 releases available now so check your local SB accounts as well.

These are good but i really miss the strap , without it mid sb is nothing and btw i dont like the white at the bottom

I thing it's good to have colways similar to great ones in past..'cause they're similar not identical,ther's already been un-futura likes..bu futuras didn' t lose value..an i think 4 true reds low and Irons won't b different..old colors were so nice ..so why not?

i used to buy mids cause they dont look like the highs, so without the strap it isnt the same. although im lovin the simple color way
