2011 is on pace to be one of the best years for the Air Jordan Retro. Dropping this Saturday is the Air Jordan III White/Cement Grey, which is considered to be one of greatest Air Jordans of all time, but you better keep your appetite wet for April because the Air Jordan VII ‘Bordeaux’ is set for a release. Here’s a look at what you can expect from this highly-anticipated Retro release; the upper combines Black, Light Graphite, and Bordeaux as well as a slew of other unnamed colors on the tongue and the outsole. MJ wore the Bordeaux during the 1992 NBA-All Star Game, and after a scrapped plan for a Retro in 2001, the Bordeaux VII can finally be yours. closest a pair of retros will get to og's. left shoe by the pinky toe is lower to the sole, compare the perforations near the peaks on the sole. This wont anyone from getting them tho.

I've always loved this shoe, but why the green, blue, yellow and maroon/purplish accents? I think they'd look so much sicker without that. I know the shoe was designed after African culture, so maybe that has something to do with it. And I'm a 14-year old sneakerhead so please don't go at me for not knowin all the history of JB. Even though I do know like 99% of it.

Some ppl will just jump on a band wagon just because they see others on it. This shoe is not nice at all, but it's my opinion. They look to similar to the Raptors from the DMP pack, (or should i say the Raptors look to much like these, sense thsese came out years ago). All I'm saying is die hard Jordan fans knock your self out on a cheap made shoe that will began falling apart quicker than you can count to ten. I work at finishline because of my love for shoes but after seeing shipments of how a brand new shoe comes into the store is depressing. Technology should get better as time goes by not in reverse. The factories keep making crappy shoes just to save money and unfortunately ppl keep buying just because of the name. I like Jordans but they are slowly dropping out of my wardrobe. Buyers beware! Otherwise do what you do to keep your swagger right.

Thank you Sneaker News! I've been dyin to see detailed images of this years Bordeaux 7 re-release. They look too dopee and I agree that the flint 7's should dropp as well they're my favorite next to the citrus 7's which i would have no problem seeing re-release this year too.
