To coincide with the retro release of the OG colorway of the Air Jordan II last spring, Vandal-A came strong with an accompanying t-shirt that took a different approach than many of the sneaker release matching tees that we’re used to seeing. Rather than matching the color scheme, Vandal-A took a more subtle approach with the AJII shirt, using a simple black and white graphic featuring a classic shot of Mike in the II’s inside of a large number “2.” The concept was definitely appreciated by sneaker-hungry consumers and sold out fast, so for the White/Cement Air Jordan III release this month, Vandal-A will be bringing back the idea with a new spin, this time featuring a great shot of MJ in the III’s with a large number “3” providing the backdrop. If you prefer this more sophisticated approach to sneaker related t-shirt design, pick yourself up a shirt now at Vandal-A.com, and if you want to get your cement Air Jordan IIIs early as well, beat the release madness and grab a pair now on eBay.
