2010 saw a slew of great Asics Gel Lyte III collaborations (largely in part due to Ronnie Fieg), but here’s to an even more potent 2011 for the Gel Lyte III. Here’s a look at the HUF x Asics Gel Lyte III, currently slated for a June 2011 release; the colorway is inspired by HUF’s American roots as the colorway adopts a patriotic red, white, and blue theme with a starry insole and HUF’s ‘H’ logo stamped on the lateral heel of each shoe. HUF’s rendition of the split-tongued Gel Lyte III should definitely be on your radar when it drops later in the Summer 2011 season, so take look below and let us know what you think. via HS.

How do Asics fit and feel? Bcuz Ive seen some dope ass colorways i wanna cop, but they look like they would fit and feel like Reebok Classics.

the gel lyte III is a classic…i would love to design my own…i would kill this silhouette

for SpceGhost … the asic gel lyte is more comfortable then the reebok classic … if you like trainner, just go try one in a sneaker store now, and man, those look sweet !!!

Gel Lyte III's are hardbody but I don't really like this colorway

they mad comfortable yo..just weird with no tongue im a 10 but can do a 9.5 through 10.5 in asics//

they're dope…IF you can manage to get a pair. The better cw's sellout just as quick as they go up for purchase. Say, ten minutes.
