Kobe Bryant’s influential reach has touched the opposite side of the globe in China, the country with the world’s largest population. China is absolutely crazy about Kobe Bryant and his shoes, and commemorating the Chinese New Year, Nike has released a special colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe VI. Even Kobe himself knows that maintaining a positive relationship with the country on the opposite face of the globe is paramount to not only his signature shoe line, but for the game of basketball in general, and this past Tuesday, Kobe presented an opportunity for Chinese youths in the Los Angeles area to participate in a basketball clinic as part of the ‘After School All-Stars’ program at Bell Gardens Intermediate School in Bell Gardens, CA. In addition to the skills workout, Kobe introduced the Nike Zoom Kobe VI ‘China’ to the Chinese media and audience as a whole. Check out this quick recap below and let us know what you think of the China-inspired Kobe VI colorway. via SF.
