The Air Jordan 2011 ‘Year of the Rabbit’ officially released today, February 3rd, to coincide with the Chinese New Year. For this special make-up of the Air Jordan 2011, Jordan Brand accentuated the ‘warrior’ theme of the Air Jordan 2011 by outfitting it with a graphite, varsity red, and gold colorway, reminscent of the ancient battle garments, but reinterpreted on the twenty-sixth Air Jordan of the legacy. This limited release features a special packaging that features red and gold graphics, infusing Jordan branding and historic Chinese artistry. These won’t hit the states until later this month (February 20th to be exact), and with limited availability expected to be the condition of the release, it might be tough to get a pair. If you’ve been eyeing the Air Jordan 2011 ‘Year of the Rabbit’ (like many of our readers have been), you can guarantee yourself a pair right now by picking up a pair from air-randy on eBay.

Not the best Jordans to ever come out…..nowhere near it. But I can recognize Jordans taking a step in the right direction. Hopefully our grandkids will be able to have some sick jordans come out in their lifetimes.
